Enhanced EDC demand for High rise Era divine court

Hi All,

Can some one please clarify whether the High Court Stay on payment of enhanced EDC is applicable only for Greater Faridabad or other cities also, like Gurgaon ?

Dear Vikas,

The order of stay on EEDC is applicable in entire Haryana. Also it is pertinent to inform all the people visiting this portal that Hon'ble high court has not pronounced " Order of Stay" after hearing the petition of GFWA but after hearing the petition filed by Kurukshetra Home Buyers( CWP 5835 OF 2013 ,BALWAN SINGH & ORS V/S STATE).

Also it is pertinent to inform that Notification issued by DTCP is always for the Entire State. Had it been applicable for One district the Notification would be issue by Circle Senior Town Planner.
