This is the Circular from Financial Commissioner,Town & Country Planning,Haryana, which lays down the criteria of transfer of property from Builder to Allotees in case of Independent residential Floors. Which takes place at the time of Registry of Flat.

The Campa Cola Judgement by Supreme court Has stated that Registration of Flat is not Important, OC is more important.
