I request all, including those buyers who are against the move to go to court against Era to come to Era Noida office , at 10AM tomorrow (19-6-13) and bring one Identity card along with the Proof of being a allotee at Era divine Court Sector 76 Faridabad.

WE have to discuss all issues like License, Cancellation letter ,Penalty withdraw issue, possession issue,

Because the builder agrees that he does not have License, than how will he give us a fully Legal possession.

What will be the Fate of our Flat and Money if their is a dispute between Era and BPTP and BPTP blames Era for breach of contract. Than how will Era give us the possession.

Why they are not giving penalty, How will they adjust penalty at the end , What about the interest rate that they will pay for the Penalty that they will adjust. When they are not obeying what they have promised on Stamp paper than how will they keep any promise with us. Why they are not Giving Penalty.

When will they give possession, Why is the Construction work going on so slowly and why despite repeated requests to improve the quality of construction the company has ignored all requests and done nothing to improve the quality.

When the Circular for waiver of interest on EEDC was given by DTCP a long time ago why they are giving this benefit after so long to its customers, How will they Adjust & what amount will they adjust.

Those who have received the Cancellation Letters should bring the letter attached with this mail (edit it as per your requirement) and Please make three copies and get one copy received at the reception the moment you enter. Keep the third copy as the one that would be tabled for discussion and keep the received copy securely.

Dear Members,

I tried to contact to Era Office for asking about the possession of low rise 250 and 180 sq. yards floors, but didn't received any reply.
Do anyone of you also tried to contact them for possession ?????
What is there reply? If any member has any latest information on expected possession, Pls share..

it is a illegal Project and you can enquire at Economic Offence Wing office at Room number 508 , and ask Investigating officer Mr Suresh Chand (ASI) about what is the progress on Era divine court case and what does he say about illegality. heard rumors from property dealers that ERA will soon start giving possession of its 250 sq yard flats? Any truth in it given that license problem is still not resolved. :@

Hi,
I have a floor in 250 sq. yards. I inquired from ERA office via email about possession. They replied me back that "You will be informed via letter and phone when the possession will be offered" .
They did not tell the expected time for possession.

Did anybody have any other info on possession of ERA divine court.

A complaint has been Lodged In Bahadurgarh Police station against Era landmark Ltd for cheating Buyers. One of the Buyers writes:
Era landmarks had collected 20% money against sale of plots @ Rs. 6000/sqyds in 2006 at Bahadurgrh. they slept over the project for 7 years. now they are forcing customers to buy flats at current market rates which is too high. we are already united and opened a front against them. they are cheating us and now selling flat and collecting money from new innocent customers. please do not fall in their trap. any one duped by them in Bahadurgarh project can get in touch with me at 094**********. also See the video at this Link https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1bDkWx ... sp=sharing

Sir from Feb 2013 till today more than 8 months have passed and now pls tell when can 250 sq. yrd. flats buyers will get possession. ?

A Visitor Opinion - The pictures were taken by the same Visitor-
Construction pace was quite slow though i noted few developments (Entry Gate getting shape, Tile work going in shops, progress in plaster work in 180 SQYDS units, Park Getting ready, 250 SQYDS looks almost ready).

Today, I also got a call from ERA customer care saying that possession would be tentatively happen by march. After some arguments towards OC, Ownership of society & land etc, she told that ERA Management has asked them to call all Low Rise owners.

I was also being asked to contact their site marketing person (Ravi - 09355925749) for any query regarding OC, Other Clearances, Site Status etc.

Are others too getting similar call?

Since customer care persons dont want to share the information , they give stereotyped answers, 'That is the only information that we have" Contact Ravi ji, Ravi ji is the dumbest of them all. Vivek Gupta the marketing goon, says that after 4yrs waiting, if you feel cheated take your refund, Mahendra Singh is the Lead of of Bouncers. So to talk with anybody it is a complete waste. Drag them to Court where they will talk like BATAKH.
