NDTV has come out with big coverage on Extra Charges forced by Builders on Buyers in form of inconsistent Registration Charges, EDC, PLC, club membership, meter connection charges etc. from buyers which put a very heavy burden on buyers and in fact cheats them since buyers are promised flats for Rs 25 lakhs and it becomes inflated to 40 lakhs. Today again The Hindi channel of NDTV will telecast same programme at 7PM & 11PM and again at 8AM on 8/12/13

Please watch on NDTV profit and try to record entire programme or at least last 10 minutes. Video I uploaded has about last 7-10 minutes missing. Discussion ended with all parties builder, buyer, independent expert and NDTV editor agreeing on need to go away with 'Super Area' so that transparency is provided to buyers at least in area that they will get.
