As per documents obtained from RTI besides the issue of era landmark Ltd , is another issue which Countrywide should deal before renewal. as per notings of office of DGTCP. This is the issue of BPTP acquiring Land on forged documents and forged thumb impressions of the landlord, and latter DGTCP issuing License number 1047 over that land. The land which bears License number 1047 lies on the parkfloor area of 55.98 acres of Licensed(1042-1061) Land.
Era divine court is situated on 26.619 acres and on following Licenses.1042, 1043, 1045, 1046, 1048, 1049, 1050, 1051, 1052, 1053, 1054, 1055 and 1061.

This area of aprox. 6-7 acres is under dispute and hopefully no one has bought any Plot Flat in this land, because it may take yrs for this issue to solve, as talks between BPTP mng and landlord have failed and now the landlord has approached the Courts with Proof of ownership.

These are the statements of officials of DTP, Faridabad & DTCP, Chandigarh in front of Ist Class Judicial magistrate in Faridabad Court.

GOD willing the directors of Era will see the place where they belong to.

Dear ERA Members,

I also received a call from ERA office saying that "Your 250 sq. yard floor is ready for fit out possession and the super area has been increased from 1225 sq. ft. (original) to 1329 Sq. ft." and they are demanding now extra money for that.

Did any body of you also received such call or letter from ERA?? Kindly suggest what all you are planning to do and how to go about it??? They are saying that they have applied for OC, but that is also not true..i know...

This is the latest RTI reply Received from SPIO Cum Senior Town Planner, Faridabad.
At point No.3 it clearly states That:-

There is no such rule/Provision wherein Licensee can offer possession for Fitout to the Allottees without obtaining Occupation certificate from the Department

Era landmark Ltd has is not even the Licensee as per DTP,Fbd & DTCP,Chandigarh as per their statement before 1st Class Judicial Magistrate.

Than how can it get the OC, from DTCP,Chandigarh/DTP,Faridabad?

This is another criminal act by the Company. This shows the total disregard for laws of the land and interest of its customers.

Action against this Company is needed urgently, so join with the existing Fight that has started to show results.

It is better late than never.United we win, divided we fall.

Rahul raghav ji, since long you are following the posts that i have been posting at this forum.

You can see the statement of Record keeper of DTCP,Chandigarh & DTP,Faridabad, and still you believe the statement that they are in the process of obtaining OC. The Department which issues OC has in Court given the statement. Such a statement cannot be given by any official of the respective department without the consent of its Top boss.

Era can obtain OC only via Forgery. Just like Chor prepare false passports, PAN card etc.

How have you Forgotten the plight of Buyers of Campa Cola Society if not than visit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GxBhwk9_fc & http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GxBhwk9_fc .

This can surely happen with all of us. If we just keep following somebody, and do nothing ourselves.

Hi all,

we have invested in Era Divin court back in 2010
i just want to notify all that we have recently received a demand from era office stating that the total sq feet of the flat has increased and we are to pay for the increase.
this has come as a big shock. i want to ask others if they have received such demand.

Also they are asking us to pay before 31dec 2013.

It is different for different flats but the lowest demand that i have seen is rs 336000/- and highest is Rs.950000/-

Everything is illegal about this whole demand. as seen in trailing mail.

Good Evening,

I request all Members to come for a meeting on 23/12/13 at 10AM at Court complex, Sector 12, Faridabad so that a legal opinion can also be taken and a Joint action can be arrived against Era.

Lot of Ground work has been done and Era has been exposed completely and Authorities have been informed , But to get what we deservve we Should Join hands and Fight till we get our Home which is legal.
