Dear Friends,

Come on we welcome year 2014 with this great News..

News seems to be good but fact is that we had have all the rules and regulation but its implementation is still a question..

I am surprised that even a pick pocket will be held for a small theft than why Town and country planner not taking proactive action against the builder..

Why supreme court not passing the order against the competent authority who allowed these societies to be developed. Every builder is giving one page advertisement during sale , why commissioner country and town planner not taking suitable action to stop this crime proactively and allow crupt builders for LOOT for further Ten year... what is the interest... if it is compromise with the duty why ministry not taking action...why daily agenda of authority is not fixed...why not a regular review of project....why we are not asking the question to authority why they are sleeping...as it is a huge investment why proper guidelines are not fixed by government.... what our politicians are doing....why our area MLA and MP is not responsible for these LOOT. We are happy with one news paper cutting but we have to force the government to review each and every project having cost equivalent or more than 100 carore.

As a poor Indian every news give us pleasure and hope but fact is that we had spend our life time money in these project and waiting for court order and mercy of builders.

Friends if real we want to make a change please force our ministry / MP / MLA for making the guidelines with in one month and review of every project with in three month.. faulty builders will be held, their passport and bank account will be sealed & recovered.. than only change will come in force otherwise every News will give us the pleasure and hope in the morning but doing nothing for us.

Raise your voice so that making / review real state transparent guidelines will be include in the manifesto of political parties.

I am frustrated by investing my life time money and future money in my simple dream of have one shelter and waiting for....

Hoping Great Year 2014 ahead for all my dears...

The below directions by Hon'ble High Court to DGTCP will be driven to LOGICAL CONCLUSION. The emotion is shared by all the executive members of " FEDERATION of Apartment Owners Association, Greater Faridabad". FAOA,GF is unlike other associations those believe in TAKING CREDIT on other's deeds.

FAOA,GF believes in doing and keeps itself away from the "OBSTRUCTIONISTS".

There are other matters also underway and almost ready for taking Colonizers & Corrupt authorities head on. Keep watching.

Indeed your efforts are good but general interest of investor in Neharpar are not helpful to any federation or association because most of buyer in Neharpar are investor who had purchased the property across Neharpar for profit motive. Second category of people who are of end user but they have no time to join any protest or meeting higher politician/officer due to their duty hours. Hence we happy by reading paid news of builders/HUDA officers who try their best to give a false assurance that Neharpar is going to become a heaven within 6 months every time.

WHEN THEIR IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY.
Saying that End users dont have time is completely False Statement.
They dont have the WILL to anything. They think just like a Person who goes to make a Ration card, where he views that all other are paying Bribes for getting Ration Card so , i will also pay Bribe to get my Ration Card.
This is the Mentality that drives the corruption at all levels, and whenever we see any body fighting corruption we knowingly ignore that,saying that he/she is acting like Neta, and continue to remain with the corrupt system.
