Hi Umesh ji,

Yes, we are in receipt of that document also about Electric Subsation plan by HUDA and DHVBN/HVPN.

BPTP and all Govt. officials are knowing that what ever BPTP is doing is illegal, but we all know, no action is being taken against them even we have filled criminal case against them.
Police is also not submitting their enquiry report agt BPTP.

So, total system is now trying to save BPTP. But we also taken chellange to fight against that system and BPTP till last.

Dear Ajay,

Kindly share the copy of letter calls for refund of Rs 100.00/sq yards collected by BPTP in lieu of Sewerage treatment Plant/services done by BPTP.
The copy of the letter will benefit for other group of BPTP like Elite Floors etc.

नहर पार बनेंगे 51 नए सब स्टेशन

एनबीटी न्यूज ।। फरीदाबाद : नहर पार डिवेलप रहे ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद और मास्टर प्लान के तहत बनने वाले नए सेक्टरों में बिजली की बेहतर सप्लाई देने के लिए बिजली के 51 नए सब स्टेशन बनाए जाने हैं। इसके लिए सोमवार को डिस्ट्रिक्ट टाउन प्लानर और हरियाणा बिजली प्रसारण निगम के अधिकारियों के बीच मीटिंग का आयोजन किया गया। मीटिंग के दौरान सब स्टेशनों की साइटों को चिह्नित किया गया। यहां बेहतर बिजली सप्लाई को लेकर सोमवार को डिस्ट्रिक्ट टाउन प्लानर और हरियाणा बिजली प्रसारण निगम के अधिकारियों की मीटिंग का आयोजन किया गया। मीटिंग के दौरान सब स्टेशनों की साइटें चिह्नित की गई।

अधिकारियों के अनुसार ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टरों और मास्टर प्लान के तहत बनने वाले सेक्टरों के लिए 51 नए बिजली सब स्टेशन बनाए जाएंगे। इसमें से 45 सब स्टेशन 220 केवी के होंगे और 6 सब स्टेशन 400 केवी के होंगे। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि इसके लिए प्रस्ताव तैयार कर उच्च अधिकारियों के पास भेज दिया गया है।

डिस्ट्रिक्ट टाउन प्लानर रेणुका सिंह ने बताया कि नहर पार बनने वाले बिजली सब स्टेशनों के लिए हरियाणा बिजली प्रसारण निगम के अधिकारियों के साथ मीटिंग की गई। मीटिंग के दौरान साइटों को चिह्नित किया गया। साइटों को चिह्नित कर उनका प्रस्ताव तैयार कर उच्च अधिकारियों के पास भेजा जा रहा है।

WE OWN A PLOT IN SECTOR 89. TO DAY I HAVE RECEIVED SMS FROM BPTP THREATENING CANCELLATION OF OUR PLOT ON 31.05.2014 IN CASE OF NON-PAYMENT OF ENHANCED EDC AND ESS + STP CHARGES.
I SHALL FEEL OBLIGED IF SOME BODY COULD THROUGH LIGHT ON THIS ISSUE AS INSPITE OF STAY BY HON'BLE HOGH COURT BPTP IS STILL CONTINUING ITS DEMAND OF ENHANCED EDC AND AND CHARGING INTEREST @ 18 % ON ITS NONPAYMENT SINCE 09.06.2012. SIMILLAR IS THE POSITION OF ESS & STP.
INSPITE OF FULL PAYMENT OF BSP, IDC, EDC ETC. REGISTERY IS BEING MADE IMPROBABLE. ATTITUDE OF BPTP IS WELL KNOWN TO ALL.

.MAY I REQUEST FOR THE COPY OF THE DRAFT OF LETTER TO BE SENT TO BPTP BASED ON STAY ORDER ON ENHANCED EDC IN RESPECT OF BPTP PARKLAND PROJECT TO SAVE OURSELVES. Hi Tarsem, Welcome to MyFaridabad forum !

There is a stay on collection of enhanced EDC by honorable High Court but I don't think there is a stay on other demands raised by builder. So, you please need to use your judgment in paying demands. Order from Director General, Town and Country Planning dated 7/11/13 instructing colonizers to stop collecting enhanced EDC is at

All the relevant documents along with the due course of action has been mailed to you earlier also. Instead of running from pillar to post or seeking advise from different FORUMS you are hereby advised to take a quick action before it is too late. In case of cancellation of your allotment you will have to stand before court for the redressal/relief.
