Another Colonizer accused of cheating by Faridabad Courts

I presume that another colonizer heading towards going behind bars.

Do we get our home or not???

Sir,
YES, I own a unit in ERA Divine court. hopefully the matter can be resolved quickly and we get our home as we have paid almost 100% Basic, EDC, PLC, etc. to the builder and waiting for the possession.

Dear Rahul,

The other allottees of ERA Divine court have filed a litigation before the hon'ble court in Faridabad as Era Landmark neither owned a land or license in theirs name. Also selling and charging almost 100% of the amount from the allottees. Now the other allottees who have filed a litigation before hon'ble court are fighting to ascertain the legal right/legal ownership for all other allottees. Hence the process may consume some time but you will get the legal ownership of the flat bought by you.

Wait for some more time and advise you to strengthen the arm of the fellow allottees who have a courage to come forward and toook the mighty ERA LANDMARK head on and facing threats as well.
