Hi KLJ Members,

Recently KLJ Geens had send me one demand letter which I did not received.
Now they are saying that since you did not make the payment on time we are going to cancel your unit.

Is this justified ? Kindly suggest.
Does anybody else has got cancellation notices as being told by KLJ management.

KLJ can not do it like this. Any builder can not cancel unit like this. As per law the builder has to send atleast three reminders and then the final notice for cancellation.

THIS IS UNFAIR AND CAN BE CHALLENGED IN COURT.

Builder don’t care about consumer court

So,
file complaint case u/s 420, 406 and 120B directly with Metropolitan Magistrate.

There is upto 7year imprisonments u/s 420

KLJ is charging nterest on interst payment. I dont think any other dealer in neharpar is doing that.
I had read somewhere in the forum that it is against law. Can anyone share the exact notification ? Has the KLJ RWA taken up this matter with the KLJ Management ?

Courts of Metropolitan Magistrate are at the second lowest level of the Criminal Court structure in India. According to the Section 16 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (CrPc), a Court of Magistrate may be established by the State Government in consultation with the High Court of the respective state at such places in every metropolitan area and in any number by a notification. It has jurisdiction throughout such metropolitan area.
A Metropolitan magistrate is under the general control of the Sessions Judge and is subordinate to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate.
According to Section 28 of the CrPc., a Metropolitan Magistrate may pass a sentence of imprisonment for a term not exceeding one years, or of fine not exceeding five thousand rupees.

Dear KLJ Unit buyers;

I have a taken a Platinum Plus Unit (D7) in 2012. Can anyone tell me is there any provision of covered parking in project? i have seen the construction there is less chance to park vehcle in stilt parking. In my BBA covered car parking is not included at all. Can i eligible for open parking.

Kljgreens has promised to give possesion to customers but it has come to my notice that
haryana govt has not given eletricity nwater connection arrangement in sec77 but they have
charged enhance edc charges so we should collectively fight eith govt to make arrangements in
these sectors so people can live their after possesion
otherwuse kljgreens should increase compensation
fron rs5 to rs20 immediately till these arrangements
are arranged otherwise without these facility it is no use of possesion.

has not providing light n water in that areai.e sec77
without basic essential facility it is no use living
there .please take up matter wiyh haryana govt.

PLS LET ME KNOW WETHER KLJ GREENS GOT OC(OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE).WITHOUT MANDATORY SERVICES HARYANA GOVT CAN NOT GIVE OC AS THEY HAVE CHARGED HEFTY AMOUNT TOWARDS EDC.IF THEY DID NOT GET IT HOW THEY(KLJ) CAN OFFER POSSESSION.WETHER ANY ONE GOT POSSESSION LETTER.PLS UPDATE.

FIle a RTI.

It will cost you 30 minutes of your time and Rs 75 ( Rs 50 Money Order + Registered Post cost ) to get a copy of OC from STP, Faridabad.

It's the best option rather than speculating on OC status ....

They have promissd to give possesion in june
whereas basic need for living electricity n water
shoukd be their although they have taken all
charges but electricity n water supply is being
given by haryana govtment they are arrange light
by generators .it is learnt kindly unite togather

Friends,

To my knowledge that OC has not been granted till date. But can be reaasured through RTI Act,2005. Please send the RTI Application to the office of directorate however the field report duly prepared by STP Faridabad can also be obtained from the office of STP Faridabad.
OC related to GH Society is granted from the office of directorate( Chandigarh) based on the report submitted by the office of STP.

This is for the information and doing the needful.
