BPTP Princess Park Flat Owners/Allotees,

BPTP continues to exercise unethical practices that needs to stop. As flat owners/allotees, you are well aware of BPTP's unethical practices which includes refusal to pay possession penalty, increase in the square footage without any physical increase to exort additional payments, manipulation and unorganised record keeping among others.

If you have not received the payment penalty due to you or if BPTP is not conforming to its contractual obligations, you are requested to file a complaint with DTCP as well as join a legal case that is being pursued collectively and individually by several BPTP flat owners/allotees.

The Supreme Court ruling will assist your petition to get compensated for the amount owed to you by BPTP. However, it is important that the complaints are filed and you enlist yourself as a petitioner with once of the many collective legal cases being pursued.

Owners who decide not to take action will not receive any compensation due to them when the case has been heard by the courts and a ruling is made.

Several of BPTP flat owners have filed their complaints for being cheated by BPTP and not conforming to ethical practices - these include BPTP's refusal to pay interest, late possession penalty, increase of flat area Sq. ft. to exhort additional funds from flat owners, among others.

A legal suit is also being pursued collectively apart from individual cases filed.

BPTP flat owners or allottees who have a claim against BPTP and have not yet filed their claim should do so. Filing a claim is the only recourse for receiving the amount owed to flat owners by BPTP. Soon there will be a Supreme Court ruling and only those who have not indemnified BPTP and filed a claim will probably receive any amounts due to them.

BPTP is cheating customers on a one-on-one basis and since several have given in to BPTP's unethical demands, BPTP continues to follow their practice. Unless flat owners file their complaints with the various regulatory bodies, BPTP will continue to do so.

लोगों ने बुनियादी सुविधाओं के लिए किया प्रदर्शन

फरीदाबाद सेक्टर-86 के प्रिंस पार्क के रेजिडेंट्स ने बुनियादी सुविधाओं को लेकर रविवार को बीपीटीपी के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन किया। लोगों का कहना था कि फ्लैट देने के दौरान बीपीटीपी ने उन्हें बेहतर बुनियादी सुविधाएं देने का वादा किया था, जिसे अब पूरा नहीं किया जा रहा है। कंपनी ने कहा था कि 24 घंटे बिजली और सुरक्षा मुहैया कराई जाएगी और सीवरेज व्यवस्था शहर के अन्य क्षेत्रों से बेहतर होगी, लेकिन ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है। वहीं स्ट्रीट लाइट नहीं होने से रात के समय सड़कों पर अंधेरा रहता है। इसके अलावा फ्लैटों में लगी लिफ्ट और सीढ़ियों पर लगी लाइटों को इंवर्टर से जोड़ना चाहिए।

यहां के रेजिडेंट एस. पी. सिंह का कहना है कि सोसायटी की बाउंड्री के चारों तरफ लोहे के कांटेदार तार न होने से रात में अराजक तत्व घुस आते हैं और रेजिडेंट्स को परेशान करते हैं। इसके अलावा बीपीटीपी ने सोसायटी में कहीं भी सीसीटीवी कैमरे नहीं लगा रखे हैं, जिसके चलते आने-जाने वालों का कोई डाटा नहीं है। इसके अलावा पार्किंग की सुविधा नहीं है। कोई कहीं भी अपने गाड़ियां पार्क कर देता है। सोसायटी को पार्किंग स्टीकर उपलब्ध कराने चाहिए ताकि यहां के रेजिडेंट्स के वाहनों की पहचान हो सके। केसरी का कहना है कि बेहतर सीवरेज व्यवस्था नहीं होने से फ्लैट्स से निकलने वाला गंदा पानी बेसमेंट और रोड पर इकठ्ठा हो रहा है, जो बीमारियों को न्योता दे रहा है। वहीं सफाई व्यवस्था नहीं होने से कूड़े के ढेर लगे हुए हैं। एक अन्य रेजिडेंट गिरीश का कहना है कि यहां के के, एल, एम और ए टावर के रहने वालों को बीपीटीपी ने ऑक्यूपेंसी सर्टिफिकेट नहीं दिया है, जिसके चलते वह फ्लैटों की रजिस्ट्री नहीं करवा पा रहे हैं। प्रदर्शनकारी रेजिडेंट्स ने बीपीटीपी से मांग की है कि उन्हें शीघ्र ही बेसिक फैसिलिटी मुहैया कराई जाए।
