Enhanced EDC Stayed by Hon'ble High Court

Update from the legal team...

The EEDC matter was listed today in High Court, Chandigarh.

As per last directions of the court, the state has filed its detailed affidavit today.

The court has advise us to go through the affidavit and argue the matter in detail on next date and accordingly the matter is posted for further hearing on 18th August 2014.

Dear Nikhil,

Thoght i don not belong to the elite legal team of GFWA yet i update the proceeds of last hearing in the matter.

HUDA Faridabad submitted the affidavit before hon'ble court on 20.05.2014as ordered by the hon'ble court in the last hearing on 21.04.2014.

The copy of affidavit is in my possession.

The next date of hearing is scheduled on 18th August 2014.

This is all has proceeded in the last hearing on dated 21 May 2014.

I SHALL FEEL OBLIGED IF SOME BODY COULD THROUGH LIGHT ON THE ISSUE AS INSPITE OF STAY BY HON'BLE HOGH COURT BPTP IS STILL CONTINUING ITS DEMAND OF ENHANCED EDC AND AND CHARGING INTEREST @ 18 % ON ITS NONPAYMENT SINCE 09.06.2012. SIMILLAR IS THE POSITION OF ESS & STP. INSPITE OF FULL PAYMENT OF BSP, IDC, EDC ETC. REGISTERY IS IS BEING MADE IMPROBABLE. ATTITUDE OF BPTP IS WELL KNOWN TO ALL.

Dear Sir you should remember that Builder is a private party and has political Backing, he sends SMS etc to 1000's of its customers ,out of which only few have the Gut not to pay, remaining all pay. Those who donot pay should approach a Legal forum if the builder is Threatening. THAT IS THE ONLY & ONLY SOLUTION.
Builders will ask you to deposit your salary into their account. WILL YOU DO THAT. Pls think and act fast,because Legal solution also takes its time.

Friends,
The above matter is listed to be heard on 19th August 2014 instead of on 18th August 2014. Above is the only case listed to be heard specially by hon'ble double bench present on the last date. As the case is specially listed it seems as if the case is in the final stages of hearing and disposal.
Though Sh AASHISH KAUL JI has made an attempt to argue the case on behalf of gfwa and Sh Rajive Atma Ram ji( COLONIZERS ADVOCATE) had argued the matter to some extent and left over portion will be argued on tomorrow.
I am sure gfwa legal team has supplied all the argument material to the senior lawyer and lawyer is equipped with all the updated materials and arguments.

Lets keep our fingers crossed and believe on the wisdom of hon'ble Judge and arguing lawyers.
