Mr. Naveen Arichwal your complaint/E-mail diary No.xxxxxxxxx dated 09/08/2013 and your complaints enquiry officer is I/C EOW Faridabad. During the course of enquiry it was found that complainant has booked a flat in ERA DIVINE COURT developed by ERA INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD. In this regard M/S COUNTRYWIDE PROMOTERS PVT. LTD. Stated that it has license issued by Haryana Director General Town and Country Planer Chandigarh. In this regard a to develop the area a Irrevocable General Power of Attorney between both companies has been made on 13/04/2013. And a letter has been written to D.T.C.P Faridabad in this regard but no reply has been received till now. After observing the site, construction is in running stage. And a agreement “Buyers Agreement” has been signed by buyer with developer that if any unnecessary late in delivery of flat by developer then consumer will be compensate, if matter can solved in Consumer Arbitrator then matter can be taken to Consumer Court. And matter is related to Delhi Consumer Court. It is only for your information.
