Triumph tower had got OC last Year, but Not even a Single Flat is occupied, whereas the project Era Redwood which is across the road has almost 8-9 families living in similar conditions .

The Builders know that 90% of Buyers are Just investors,for whom Delay is OK & Good, whereas only 10% are end users who are living on rent. And out of these 10% only 2-3% are very eager, so Builders do not care about early Possession everywhere in Greater Fbd.

When did Omaxe has started offering the possession of this tower?

Triumph is in ONH, not OSV. Omaxe have started possession for almost all the towers in ONH. Saw activity on the site, lot of people are visiting the site. However project doesn't look complete from any angle, not livable at the moment.

Agreement signed in 2008. 6 years have gone by, prices appreciated by just 50% , paid more in form of interests and follow ups, not at all happy

Hi, I guess these are prices for Faridabad, overall. All areas in Faridabad have witnessed huge escalation in prices, with lowest increase seen in Nehar Paar. To affirm my statistics, I booked my flat in 2008 @1900 sq ft and today, I got call from dealer saying, prices are just 3100 sq ft, that is just 60% appreciation

Sir To get Quick returns Equity or Commodity markets investment will be much better, Not real estate. Only End users actually benefit who sell it say after more than 20 yrs. There main concern is a Place which they call as their own.

Agreed that end users are looking for place to stay. Still I guess some of us will be interested in doing comparative analysis as to which direction other areas are going than mine. There are lot of factors which decide how much attrative area is , for future amenities, propoerty price appreciation is one amongst them. And again, six years is not a short time horizon. So apologies if I hv hurt yr sentinments

Has anybody got possession from Aspen D tower? Is this tower ready for possession?

Omaxe has taken all the money saying flat is ready for registry, and still not giving me the date for registry after more than a month.

I am not in India so not able to visit the site. Is flat ready not sure.

Shilpa from Omaxe told me that she had sent the file to their legal department and it will take 20-25 days for everything to be ready after taking all the money. I did not have choice other than paying rest of the money (5% balance and lot of other charges, VAT and Stamp paper fees).

Omaxe is charging interest on late payments(only by days other than EEDC) and paying very little delayed penalty.

Any information will be helpful.
