ERA Redwood Residency - Delay in Construction

Hi All,

I had booked 3-BHK flat in Tower C flat no/type 06 (2 Years back) as visited several times to check the pace of construction and to ask the manager how much time it take for possession, but today suddenly when I am checking the brochure I have noticed one thing that as per brochure is shown 2 balcony (living room & master bedroom) and one Utility with Kitchen.

I remember when i visited last time there is no balcony constructed with master bedroom, i thought may be with this type of flat only 1 balcony & 1 Utility is given, but as per brochure there are two balcony & one utility.

Is there anyone who is living in Era redwood or visit latest kindly update me that is there any balcony with master bedroom in tower C or all the balconies with master bedroom is gone out of the project.

We are members of Redwood Residency Flat Owner's Association (RRFOA). We are 49 members at present. We are in the process of society registration. We all have the flats booked in Era Redwood Residency, Sec. 78, Faridabad.

We all are having almost same issue like delay in possession, quality of flats, enhanced EDC, delayed possession penalty, higher maintenance charges etc. We are having monthly meetings on site and we are meeting Era Management time to time to get our issues resolved.

No it was a Rumor still there are several issues to be resolved between the parties involved.
