Due to recent development , the Road route from Redwood to BPTP bridge ,has also been reduced and road quality is Excellent in 99% of the Track.

Any update on the case of ERA DIVINE COURT Sector 76, FBD. Kindly share with the members. I heard that some hearing was on 4th April regarding this case. What was the outcome, pls update.

Please contact at ashish_1633@yahoo.co., mkkgbs@rediffmail.com in for latest on Court case .Heard that Warrants were issued against the directors but they have been given time upto August to explain/Correct their position,on the illegality.

But exact information can be obtained from the above stated emails of General Secretary & President of Era divine court RWA.

Those who wish to Shift to Redwood Residency should keep in Mind that the Voltage fluctuations of both Government & DG Set power Backup ,can cause damage to the electronic equipment like Fridge ,Tv, LED Computers,etc This Fluctuation is due to heavy construction equipment & Welding work that is taking place in Under construction towers, And this type of work will continue for at least 2 yrs .

The Whole project that is under construction towers and already constructed Towers run on same DG Sets(Power Backup) and even if the Government supply is their than also the Welding work etc will cause Voltage fluctuations.

So be ready.

Just as per my limited knowledge...if the power supply is given to under construction project from the domestic use supply then it is the criminal activity and residents can bring this in the knowledge to concerned govt people. Builder have to either buy the electricity from govt on commercial rate or use DG for his own construction purpose.
The same thing happened recently (around a month back) in OMAXE, Sector-86 and I believe the builder is now using the DG for construction as far as I know. Commercial supply is costly than domestic supply. More can be confirmed from OMAXE folks before taking any step (Just though to share my limited knowledge I gained from one of RWA meeting)

Unfortunately Residents of Era Redwood are more concerned about image of the Project, and they do not want to discuss the real issues that are 100 times more important.

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में हूडा जल्द ही नए सेक्टरों 76, 77 और 78 को डिवेलप करने के लिए काम शुरू कर देगा, क्योंकि यहां पर डिवेलप होने वाले तीन सेक्टरों के इंटरनल वर्कस के लिए बनाए गए अधिकतर एस्टिमेटों को मंजूरी मिल चुकी है। इन सेक्टरों में हूडा ने सीवर लाइन, वॉटर सप्लाई, रोड और स्ट्रॉम वॉटर ड्रेन के लिए अलग-अलग एस्टिमेट बनाए हुए हैं।

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में अभी तक हूडा की ओर से बाहरी डिवेलपमेंट वर्क किया जा रहा था। हूडा यहां पर सेक्टरों के बाहर मास्टर रोड, सीवर लाइन, वॉटर सप्लाई लाइन और स्ट्रॉम वॉटर ड्रेन डालने का काम कर रहा है। अब हूडा सेक्टरों के अंडर डिवेलपमेंट वर्क शुरू करने की तैयारियां कर रहा है। शुरुआत में हूडा ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में तीन सेक्टरों में इंटरनल डिवेलपमेंट वर्क करेगा। इन सेक्टरों में सेक्टर 76, 77 और सेक्टर 78 शामिल हैं। क्योंकि इन सेक्टरों में जमीन अधिग्रहण का काम पूरा हो चुका है। इसलिए हूडा इन सेक्टरों में इंटरनर डिवेलपमेंट वर्क शुरू करने जा रहा है। हूडा ने अलग अलग सेक्टरों के लिए अलग - अलग एस्टिमेट तैयार किए हैं।

सेक्टर-76 में इंटरनल सड़कों को बनाने के लिए 12 करोड़ 14 लाख 53 हजार रुपये, इंटरनल स्टॉम वॉटर ड्रेन के लिए 3 करोड़ 7 लाख 91 हजार रुपये, इंटरनल सीवर लाइन के लिए 2 करोड़ 47 लाख 67 हजार रुपये और सेक्टर की इंटरनल वॉटर सप्लाई लाइन के लिए 4 करोड़ 75 लाख 50 हजार रुपये का एस्टिमेट तैयार किया है। इसी तरह सेक्टर-77 में सड़कों के लिए 14 करोड़ 86 लाख 66 हजार रुपये, स्ट्रॉम वॉटर ड्रेन के लिए 2 करोड़ 53 लाख 32 हजार, वॉटर सप्लाई के लिए 4 करोड़ 51 लाख रुपये और सेक्टर में इंटरनल सीवर लाइन के लिए 2 करोड़ 27 लाख 50 हजार रुपये का एस्टिमेट तैयार किया गया है। इसी प्रकार सेक्टर 78 की सड़कों के लिए 20 करोड़ 84 लाख 68 हजार रुपये, स्टॉम वॉटर ड्रेन के लिए 4 करोड़ 50 लाख 76 हजार रुपये, वॉटर सप्लई के लिए 7 करोड़ 65 लाख रुपये और सेक्टर में सीवर लाइन डालने के लिए 3 करोड़ 59 लाख 44 हजार रुपये का एस्टिमेट तैयार किया गया है। हूडा अधिकारियों के अनुसार इनमें से एक दो एस्टिमेट को छोड़कर अधिकतर एस्टिमेट पास हो चुके हैं, इनके लिए जल्द ही सेंटरों में काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। हूडा ईएक्सईएन राजीव शर्मा ने बताया कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में तीन सेक्टरों के इंटरनल डिवेलपमेंट के लिए अधिकतर एस्टिमेटों को मंजूरी मिल चुकी है। इनके लिए टेंडर की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर जल्द ही काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। तब तक बचे हुए एस्टिमेट्स को भी मंजूरी मिल जाएगी।

Hi All,

I had booked 3-BHK flat in Tower C flat type/no 6 (2 Years back) as visited several times to check the pace of construction and to ask the manager how much time it take for possession, but today suddenly when I am checking the brochure I have noticed one thing that in brochure is shown 2 balcony (living room & master bedroom) and one Utility with Kitchen.

I remember when i visited last time there is no balcony constructed with master bedroom, i thought may be with this flat only 1 balcony & 1 Utility is given, but as per brochure there are two balcony & one utility.

Is there anyone who is living in Era redwood or visit latest, kindly update me that is there any balcony with master bedroom in tower C or all the balconies with master bedroom is gone out of the project.

एनबीटी न्यूज, फरीदाबाद : नहरपार डिवेलप हो रहे ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के नए सेक्टरों के इंटरनल डिवेलपमेंट के लिए टेंडर जारी किए जा चुके हैं। अगले सप्ताह तक काम अलॉट करने के बाद इंटरनल डिवलेपमेंट शुरू हो जाएगा। शुरुआत में हूडा ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर 77 और 78 में इंटरनल डिवेलपमेंट वर्क कर रहा है। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में हूडा 15 नए सेक्टर डिवेलप कर रहा है। हूडा ने अब तक 4 सेक्टरों के लिए जमीन का अधिग्रहण कर लिया है। इन सेक्टरों में बाहरी डिवेलपमेंट वर्क अंतिम चरण में है। हूडा ईएक्सईएन राजीव शर्मा ने बताया कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के दो सेक्टरों में इंटरनल डिवेलपमेंट वर्क करने के लिए टेंडर जारी किए जा चुके हैं।

I visited the Era office Noida office last week. They told me following (Era Redwood):-

1) They have demanded the last installment for Tower E & F. The last date for submission of same is 12th Sep.
2) Floor work has been started for tower C & D and Occupancy will be given till this year end.
3) For A & B , floor work will start with Diwali and possession around March 2015.

Can anyone confirm that above 1 and 2 point are correct ?
