Hon'ble SC ordered a massive demolition in Faridabad

It is to inform that hon'ble SC has ordered a massive demolition of unauthorized construction underwent and was almost 10 more years old in Sector 91 Faridabad.
National Media ironically did not cover the story because the houses in question belong to vulnerable poor people( laborers) in the society.
Also hon'ble SC has ordered to Anurag Rastogi( DGTCP, Haryana) to demolish all the unauthorized constructions not later than 4th August 2014 failing which he may be sent behind bars.

Also let me inform that all these residents had proper registries, water connections, electricity connections, voter ID cards, Ration Cards etc in place.
The houses in question for demolition are almost 4000 in numbers and the concerned plots were sold to these vulnerable poor people by the land mafia in Faridabad.

Town & Country Planning department in Faridabad is filing FIRs against the land mafia now in order to save their skin.

After reading such orders i atleast start believing that we are living in LAWFUL country.

Again thanking to hon'ble SC for pronouncing such orders and also threatening to DGTCP, Haryana to order him JAIL on 04th August 2014 directly from the premises of SC court in case there is non execution of hon'ble SC order until 04th August 2014.

Surely it is a momentous decision, clearly showing how deaf, dumb and blind the authorities have been all this while. Now that SC has ordered handing over and completion of internal development works of the DURGA COLONY ALLOTTEES, DTCP is busy filling FIRs against illegal builders/mafia/local politicians.

Shame that BJP MP and MoS-Gurjars son was seen all out trying to protect them.

Allottees of DURGA builders have shown remarkable resilience and patience for 15 + years, really commendable and further reassures the rights of ALLOTTEES of licenced colonies/ghs under the HARYANA DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION OF URBAN AREAS ACT. Genuine buyers and allottees are NOT MERE UNSECURED CREDITORS but are protected under the act to get a "fair deal".

Hope DTCP mends its ways and starts listening to allottees of other licensed projects, being delayed inordinately by builder- authority-politician nexus.

can somebody update on Triveni project as well. what is the latest on it? is there any light at the end of the road. like Durga allotees, even Triveni ones have exhibited lot of patience. hope to hear some thing positive.

You are absolutely right in quoting about Durga Builders. You are absolutely right in quoting the name of Mafias,too. I have found that even after such a massive carnage on vulnerable poor people the officials in town & country planning have not woken up.

The only factor that makes a difference is that Licensees/Colonizers are united, TCP officials are united but allottees house continues to be divided.
