You are absolutely right. People have started settling scores on open forum. I advise both Mr Naveen and Mr Shamsher to cease the thread immediately and speak with each other.

Kindly keep restraint and calm. All have their democratic rights in a great country.

Jayanta,

People are posting scores of messages daily full of emotional outburst & devoid of any substance. Some of the messages clearly show thought disorder and can be classified as "gibberish". These posts not only make this site a garbage bin, they scare away people who visit this site looking for some useful information. It is high time this site is purged of these non-sense and unintelligible communications.

regards,

Avnish

When their is a discussion between two people it is obvious that some dispute of ideas or anything else is there. This cannot be Gibberish .
Although it has to be stopped immediately.

Please use the report button located on the top right of every post to report any post which you think is objectionable.

Since it not the purview of the moderator alone to delete post randomly without any cause, if we receive complaints regarding a particular post, action will be taken as required.

Though we refrain from deleting any post unless it is very objectionable and abusive, as it might be seen as autocratic, we will take action if repeated similar post are made by the member.

Both Dr. Naveen and Mr Shamsher had been at forefront of fight against builders. If they are discussing something and revealing some inside facts, then that cannot be gibberish. Let facts come out on open forum so that members are aware of what is hidden beneath

Dear Sir If you go through the whole topic era-divine-court-construction-status-and-updates-possession-resale-prices-discussion-t1004.html you will know who has done what.

And the persons who are exposed now after the surrender in Court, are asking about transprency. Why they used to hide behind , How much time, money and effort have they put they should be transperant about it.

I never wrote a word when the attached article in news paper was published.post17855.html?hilit=Another%20builder#!prettyPhoto[pp_gal17789]/0/

But when i published the Court order of compromise the Transperant lobby has suddenly become active.

Even if i am a dirty fellow i ask the what they have done in court, what is that.

This is all we wanted to highlight. We started the battle together but one of us secretly held meetings with the builder and parted with him individually. We were informed only after the deal was done.

Nevertheless, it is also the hard earned money including the loan we have taken from banks which is in stake.
Still any talks with anyone are never held individually.

Please bear in mind that the builder is using his power and influence to secure anticipatory bail.

The Hon,ble HC has not yet granted anticipatory bail.

The facts will remain facts although bitter to digest.
Thanks

Few people are agents of builders to highlight things In a manner the builder can take undue advantage.

Can anyone tell the reason that why one is taking so much interest in the matter he/she is not related to.
Thanks

This is a Social Forum, and to ask one not to write is autocratic. This cannot be accepted. I will continue to follow up your case and see what you will do.

Now you are satisfied that i am exposed.

Now pls tell all what was the compulsion that led to the Compromise in Court.
