The Builder has got what he wanted to get and when you have indicated that you will compromise , than the court will not accept your arguments now.

Dear Sir whatever i did i did it secretly(you accept) but what you did was in Open, that too in front of Court- Such a strong case and such a meek surrender.

Transperancy Lobby has no answer to this because of well known fact of Give & Take.

What I feel is that if we start the fight together with builder, then we should stick together. No individual deal should be done with builder. If some settlement has to be done, then it should be with group who has been fighting together.

It was a lobby when deceives/betrayers were part.

Now it is a band of brothers standing strong against all odds for what we deserve.

Compromise, if any, will be done with due permission from Hon'ble Courts' and will be legally binding. Interest of all involved will be taken care.

We are together not to kill but to look for solutions that will help not only us but the public at large to attain their dreams.

Someone once said "TOGETHER WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL" but was the first one to run away.

But unfortunately the first news after Compromise is that Era divine court High rise project seems to be cancelled.

Only prashantg has confirmed that project got cancelled and got offer.. no-one else confirmed any thing like cancellation and offer from Era end. If letter is of 27-Jul, it should have reached to others as well..

Also several times in Past similar news has been circulated and latter denied. Untill several Buyers receive similar letters this cannot be said to be a confirmed news.

Dear Sir there is No where written that,project is cancelled,

Secondly this letter is targeting the buyers who opted subvention scheme and they dont have an option but to take their money or shift in other project of Era.

This can be raised in a consumer court and all will get justice without doubt. and builder will have to pay a huge amount instead.

This is the direct effect of VICTORY of the Builder in High court. He is further emboldened now with the Compromise stand in High court. Court will now believe easily that the Complainants are not seeking Justice but simply Blackmailing the Builder. The Builder stands vindicated and further emboldened now.

If you are willing to compromise, despite any type of allegations the Court will turn against you and it is very bad news for all.

All advantage has been squandered by this eagerness to Compromise in Court

Now the Builder will forcefully say that wait for OC and than i will get your Flat registered by BPTP , and the Story ends.After getting free from court the Builder will take vengence from each.

Era should give fourth option also, which should be -

- To retain a potion of the full amount paid under subvention scheme as per the construction linked plan and refund the excess money to the lending bank.

This will not only reduce the interest burden on the flat buyers, their exposure to this high risk project will get reduced substantially.
