Dear Sir to this day i am directing whosoever calls me or mails me to them, and whatever the genuine persons are asking me to supply i am doing it.

Also they had the opportunity to negotiate with the Builder, they also were called to meetings, but they were adamant that they want the Era divine court Flat only and as we all know that Era is in no position to do that ,they backtracked, I was ready to get out of the high Risk project and I was the only buyer from High rise amongst them, and such a opportunity cannot be missed, Who wants to do tareek pe tareek instead we want a legal House.

I have been with them since almost one year, and i know that at the end these persons will also compromise,because of the Legal system.
The Negotiations with the opposite party is not a unethical thing,Where it is written. 80-90% of the cases in Indian courts are solved in the end by Out of court solution and they will also do that But at this moment they are showing their false pride.

The Negotiations were not secret ,They were called by the representative , and they are fully aware of it.

Still few days back almost 7-8 members(Active) of the Buyers of Era divine had a meeting with the representative in Era Redwood

Negotiations and out of court settlement is not ethical when it is agreed by all the parties. Here you individually went and acted selflessly for your self. May be I would have also done it if I would have in your place. Also that you have accepted the offer from ERA is not made public by you, its slowly afterwards people realised that you have 'achieved'.

I do not have any objection on your great 'win'. But by taking you out equation the builder have gained a lot. I have just couple of request to you. You advises like take the money and get out of the project, its difficult to win against the builders is very dishearting. People have invested their lives saving, waiting for several years and might be paying EMI for next 15-20 years. They have a right to fight their own battle. If some one want your advise he/she can contact you one-to-one. Its quite pity that may be there are 1000+ allottees but only 8 have courage to fight.

Secondly the bickering thats going on is not only read by us but also by the builder. He must be laughing out loud. Why don't you pick up the phone and talk it out

I had made public about my deal in a Meeting when at least 10-15 members were present along with members of FAOA,GF & in front of media person.

I have raised question against Compromise by the persons who are Fighting, because that will weaken their position.

My objective was not to fight for life but to get a legal House.So is Theirs.

The foul language used by the Person on Social Forum has to be responded on the same.forum

I fully agree with you Sir.You can ask Penalty for cheating you ,as the builder never had any legal right to sell any flat to you at the first place.Mental & physical agony & Interest on the Money illegally taken by the Builder from you along with the Principal amount.

My sympathy for you but sir this is India, where the corrupt people Rule at the expense of Honest tax payers. Police & Judges are also part of the Mafia.

You can use any technical term like 'netpicking' or some thing else but asked for it and I have showed in your own words what you are upto.

You are boasting your so called victory so much it seems you are trying hard to convince your self that what you have done is correct. I don't know you, never spoken to you and never interacted with you so there is no question of personal vendetta or jealousy with you.

It seems either you are regretting your decision to compromise with the builder and now you don't want any one else to succeed and have anything better then you ...... jealousy isn't it.

Or may you think that you are father figure by compromising with the builder and that you can interfere with your unwanted demoralising post .

Or may be it is part of the deal with the corrupt builder that you have to convince people not fight the builder. You are now acting as the agent of ERA

Some part of judiciary/police might be corrupt but even you when started your fight against the builder went through the legal route. I just can't understand you interest in this this project even after you have done and dusted your case.

The question echoes back to you. Don't you have anything else to do apart from porking your nose into some one else court case. True to your nature you again came back with an unwanted suggestion. Don't worry about me , you live with your frustration and the thullu you got from ERA.
