Dheeraj,

Can you please mention what is the incorrect or irrelevant statement? Umesh and you resigned voluntarily from GFWA due to internal politics created by yourself, nobody asked you to resign. Umesh, you and everyone deserted GFWA.

Now coming to the matter of representing the case in court, Umesh is following up on the case as on his own, please do not mention that he is representing GFWA for the benefit of all buyers, we all know the motive or purpose behind it. Nobody is stopping you or Umesh from joining the court hearing, anyone is free to do so, but please do not give the farce excuse of representing GFWA and all buyers.

Anyone in GFWA including Umesh got cash advance without asking any questions to visit Chandigarh for the court case. But when the funds were being misused, bills not submitted inspite of repeated reminders, we stopped sponsoring these visits. Now anyone is free to visit Chandigarh on his or her own personal expense.

Umesh might not be the president of FAOA, but he is the secretary of FAOA.

Jayanta, Incorrect statement is that Umesh Ji is not a member of GFWA. He is a GFWA member as well as myself. I don't want to wash dirty linen in public, so don't want to go into details of internal politics which led to resignation from Core Committe of GFWA. It is a fact that Umesh Ji, Sushil Ji, Ajay Ji, Seema, and entire GFWA Team is representing common cause for flat buyers. We don't know any other motive, may be you can enlighten that. Forum is meant for free and fair commenting. May be we should become more tolerant of facts as facts may sometimes be bitter.

Hi Dheeraj / Jayanta -

You both are founding members of GFWA which I am member too.
Will request both of you not to have such discussion in public forum which actually defeats the purpose of coming together to form GFWA or FAOA.

Appreciate your understanding.

Ashish Kaul ji was declared the representative of GFWA who will help Buyers of Era landmark ,Long ago when all were united, & the Buyer who are fighting against era in era divine court , would not have acted even a Inch against the Builder, if Both Ashish Kaul ji and Umesh ji would not have helped us.
At each & every step both have helped with passion and full determination.

We should salute them both for such a support without which nothing would have been possible.

We agree. We are not trying to take the credit of the hard work done by Ashish and Umesh. Both of them have pursued the case rigorously.

GFWA has serious lack of resources of people to work in the field and we have not been able to contribute constructively. We are happy that Umesh and Ashish are contributing, since the ultimate purpose is to give benefit to the people, no matter under which name. However since they voluntarily decided to leave GFWA and form FAOA, we will be happy if they claim to be working for FAOA and not discuss financial matters on the forum which is to be discussed internally.

just to get clarity the outcome of this hearing or case will be covering all projects in greater faridabad or restricted to one builder or project. as almost all builder has demanded EEDC and most of the buyers has paid.

Dear Jayanata,

The incorrect or irrelevant statement is that i have never resigned from GFWA nevertheless i have simply relinquished the executive post of my own not on account of any internal politics. I do not appreciate any kind of internal politics while working for the public at large. Also i am not aware whether there is any member/executive member playing politics within GFWA. Also i do not appreciate such activities in an organization while working for public at large. Please display any communication wherein i have resigned from the primary membership of GFWA.

Please display any action of communication wherein i have deserted GFWA. Contrary mine and Ashish Kaul's( single handed) contribution and hard work has brought LIFE in a case with regard to " Stay order against the very spirit of concept of EEDC".
Regardless of holding any executive post i had been visiting Chandigarh being a member of GFWA. Even if i have pursued the matter in an individual capacity any any kind of positive OUTCOME will bring relief for Public at large( Do you think it is going to benefit individually).

As per your above quote you are humbly requested to scribble the individual MOTIVE or PURPOSE behind pursuing the matter before court. Also you have to establish the misuse of funds. Both are viewed seriously and need an urgent clarification failing which an appropriate action may be taken against you before an appropriate forum for tarnishing the image of a dedicated member.

To be the member or executive member of any other organization/Public forum is the legal right of any individual.

Also i request you for not propagating the incorrect information for the sake of writing.

I hereby declare that any of the material written with regard to the matter before Hon'ble high court is written with all responsibility, tranquility and correct.

Regards

Hi All,

I think we need to finish this discussion here. If all of us are working for a common cause, it irrelevant whose contribution is bigger and better. Lets keep working whatever best we can do as a responsible citizen of this country.

As far as GFWA funding is concerned, we would still keep following the written policy. Any questions related to accounts/funds/advance and imprest procedures can be directed to me @ vineetmis@gmail.com.

Regards,

The matter is now listed for 27 october for argument. Justice Hemant Gupta who was supposed to hear our matter alongwith other matters related to EEDC has released the matters from his board and now the matters will be designated to some other division bench by the Chief Justice as per new roaster policy of High Court and accordingly the matter will be placed before that new bench on 27 October.

We wlil update the members accordingly.

Dear Friends

Sorry for late reply as we were awaiting some clarification from our lawyers.

Please be informed that the matter could not be taken up for hearing on 27th October as the Hon'ble Chief Justice has not yet marked the matter to a bench as per current sitting roaster of Court for further hearing. May be this delay is due to Deepawali holiday or due to some other reasons.

Now we are awaiting for orders of the Hon'ble Chief Justice to mark our matter before an appropriate bench to hear the matter, which would be done most probably during this week or max next week and then the matter will probably be listed for final hearing during next month i.e. November 2014.

We will keep you all posted about next date of hearing soon.

Thanx
