Dear Sir click on the link -http://eraredwoodfbd.blogspot.in/2014/02/magistrate-order-in-criminal-case-filed.html and find the Sections under which Criminal case against Era was filed and court has accepted them and the Criminals i.e Directors are under bail at this moment.

I dont know what is the condition in KLJ project, but in Era divine court it is beyond doubt that everything is Fraud. The Builder has no land title in his name as well as no License to Build market & sell any GH project in Sector 76.

The relevant Law under which he is being tries is Section 406,420,467,468,471,120B,506.

Era/Adel Landmark Ltd. is now facing the enquiry by the Town Country department (TC Gupta) and He says that if the complaints filed by 435 buyers in Cosmo city ,Sector 103,Gurgaon,is true.

Great Effort by the 435 Complainants at last the sword seems to be falling.
