ERA Divine Court construction status and updates, possession, resale prices discussion

Dear sir,The high rise project of era divine court has been shelved. The company has no money, not even to give salaries to its employees. Their are no labourers seen and the Buyers under subvention scheme have been returned their money .

It is a Utterly hopeless situation for high rise.
The redwood project which was started in 2006 is also not yet completed, out of 9 towers,4 towers are incomplete even after almost 8 years.

I have recently received a new demand letter from Adel/Era landmark on completion of brickwork (180 sq yrd). I would like to know if anyone else has also received the same and are they planning to make payment.......given that SEBI has put a ban on Adel and litigation going on in high court.

I also burnt my hands in a 180 sqft in low rise. can some body tell any fresh case is filed against builder specialy for 180 sqft customers. I am in. I am Jaspreet, currently living in Chennai. Frequently go out also due to work. Even I purchased this dead horse when I was in Dubai only. so cant able to chase these b******s. Any how this group is helpful get timely info. I am Jaspreet Singh, your poor victimized customer, burnt hands in Era low rise 180 sqft. (B-59A-FF)
I already paid 90% amount and waiting endlessly to get the possession. Now we heard that any fresh demand has come for which I did not get any info from your side, and expecting your representatives to pick-up the phone is a wild goose chase.
I want to know :-
1. When we are getting the possession?? I know to answer it you need very hard balls which I doubt due to your attitude towards your customers, Already lot of negative news in market regarding cases against ERA, cancellations, land NOC issues.
2. Regarding 3% amount adjustment on advance payment which was committed initially but no adjustment has been done till now.
3. I purchased the property in Dec-2009, Possession is already delayed by almost 2 years. As per the norms penalty need to be settled. how about it?

Although there is no hope to get a manly, sensible and genuine reply from your side. But still I wish I could see something

I think they are planning to send within a month, so better be prepared. This is my suggestion..

FAOA,GF had filed a CWP against DGTCP for complicity in illegal activities of Builders in Greater fbd. The Hon.High court had ordered the DGTCP to give a written reply on the Irregularities of builder and inaction of DGTCP.
The date for reply of DGTCP was fixed on 26-9-14. But for reasons Unknown the case has been disposed off and DGTCP has been let off from the Hook.

Amazingly 90% customers of this loot project are sleeping. Just living like a herd, this fragile attitude of these sheep is giving that builder required boost for the free run. Either these mum crowd is having enough black money or they are born coward. Pity condition in either case not for you but for yoyr kids.
