There were many buyers on this price so those wanted to sell they can take this price as reference and move ahead.

Is anybody having idea what are the maintenance charges in RPS savanna 2 bhk flats and when these charges start. I mean after registry or after possession letter. What is the mode of paying these?

Finally Some ray of hope in Darkkkkk Tunnel, seems some moments in PH Towers. Windows & door fixing is going on in some of PH Towers & paint is being done on external structures as seen by me from outside the complex, but don't know if this is really a white wash or eye wash . Tower numbers are removed by them so could not exactly remember tower wise progress.

registration - 1.15 Lakh
VAT - 1.35 Lakh

Awesome...you (customer) have to pay delay payment but RPS (Seller) has no obligation to pay delay penalty.

Did RPS paid delay penalty to any one till now in SAVANA? If not then what's the use of having penalty clause in agreement.
