ERA Divine Court construction status and updates, possession, resale prices discussion

Anybody have any info.. if there is some legal issue in Era high rise.. then why few property agents are still interested in getting it deal.. they want to buy at very low rates. Question is why soneone put his money when he knows there is legal trouble?? Any inside info

Please come to court to hear the hearings if you have some doubts about this fraud project. Anyway i ask you when 250sq.yrd flats are ready , than why is this company not giving these flats to buyers to live . The same company is allowing the Buyers in Era redwood in towers which are completed and do not have any OC, and the buyers are living without Registration of property done.

Have you ever asked the company why cant it do the same in Divine court too anyway the Park floor 2(sector 76) buyers are also living in their flats without OC.
What stops the company from handing over possession to completed flats in Era Divine court?

As far as i know the High rise project has been shelved by the company because of lack of funds and the company is in no position to say when the construction will start again

Anyway their are 1000 of projects in NCR where buyers are living in flats which do not have OC.

i joined d grp today itself.... i hv a unit in divine n facing so many problems... wht is d expected date of possession from d builders side???

also dey have demanded some extra funds as dey told us dat they hv increased some floor area.....is dis same wid all of u??

if ERA offers possession to low rise floors the hurdle for High rise also get clear and they can start construction?

I suggest, play safe on legal ground & take it up strongly against Era / Adel Team.

We as a group have also initiated with complain / FIR, EOW & Consumer Court, few more steps in pipeline.

Let us understand not even a single person is working at Era / Adel site till yesterday.

Do not leave your hard earned money.

I am forming new group (group 2) for the same as there is limit of size of group one (currently 17 members) & getting frequent calls from investor to add them for taking legal action.

Pls call up immediately in case anyone is interested for legal fight.

Hi Friends,

I m Umesh Bansal, booked a flat in Era Divine court High Rise under subvention scheme in year 2012. On July, We have recd. the letter from the builder mentioning 3 options and I have choose the one of the option i.e. refund my money. But builder put some unnecessary clauses to refund the money.

So, we 12 people make the group to fight against the builder & Bank. Now, we are collecting the relvent document, liceneces, approval etc. from different authorities thru RTI which help out to make our case strong against builder. Can anbody have the copies of these document/ case reference against the builder? if anybody provide us then its really save our time and help us.If anybody wants to join our group against the builder then most welcome.
