Dear Mr Binod,

As all of you aware that DGTCP will not act/resolve the matter within three months as directed by Hon'ble High Court until a contempt application is filed before hon'ble court immediately after the expiry of three months.
Also you are humbly requested to manage to submit the copy of petition along with a certified copy of the order. Accept my heartiest congratulations for fighting against the mighty builders like BPTP & ERA and corrupt officials in the office of TCP in order to bring respite for all the allottees in the said project called as ERA DIVINE COURT.

Also it is pertinent to mention that order from hon'ble high court will bring respite for all the allottees and illegitimate residents of PARK FLOOR 2.

Also my humble suggestion to all the allottees of WHATSUP group to suspend all the further meetings with the management of ERA LANDMARKS until the matter is disposed off by DGTCP, Haryana. Also they are requested for not accepting any kind of ILLEGITIMATE physical possession until appropriate OC is granted to the concerned towers/project in accordance of Rule 47 of the 1963 Act. Failing which the hard work made by 21 allottees before hon'ble high court, in order to legalise the project called ERA DIVINE COURT, derail the legal process. However it is also pertinent to mention that complete process may consume another year.

Kudos to all the petitioners and their counsel Sh Rahul Rathore for giving right advise and proceed the matter before appropriate forum and fighting for their LEGAL right.

Now Buyers are equiped with the Court order should approach the Consumer Forum and demand Compensation for cheating etc. Consumer forum has no options left now.And the Buyers will be adequately compensated for Delay in possession etc.

Even the Banks which offered home loan on this project should be tried.

Instead of banging the head against the DGTCP this order should be challenged in the Supreme court .

May I know who has taken home loan from HDFC Bank for ERA Divine Court, High Rise, Sec-76, Faridabad. I am giving EMI to HDFC Bank for this project from last three years.

Hi,

I have also taken loan from HDFC and have written several mails to HDFC inclusing the top officials. But till date have not received a single reply from them.

Lets get together and initiate legal proceedings against Banks.

The banks like HDFC giving loan to fraud real estate projects and even guiding the Moneylaunderers how to park their illicit money, and the REGULATOR RBI sitting Idle and helping the fraudsters by keeping the interest rate high.

RBI is the prime example of Regulator failure and regulators can never stop corruption.

The matter of moneylaundering is not the one we can act upon n neway related to us..can other actions czn be taken.. on wbat grounds se can apprpach the bank??

Dear Mohit,

I have discussed verbally with executive in HDFC Ltd.Faridabad for approved home loan provided to us for ERA Unit. He is saying that their verification team had checked the naksha and land for ERA Divine Court High Rise. But in reality there is no naksha, land and license of ERA Divine Court as per RTI reply. I have raised an issue on higher level in HDFC Ltd. But till now I have not got any response. And Also I have requested him to stop the EMI taken from us. He replied me that I will have to give EMI to HDFC because I have availed the loan from HDFC Ltd. Here HDFC Ltd. is not thinking that they have provided the home loan to us for ERA Divine Court High Rise which is not legal and registered in Haryana Government. We should be grouped together and take an action on HDFC Ltd. also.

HDFC has created encumberance without checking the title of property in ERA

and send legal notice to HDFC head office with complaint about total disregards to the terms and conditions and guidelines issues by RBI for sanction of Home loans.

Further ask RBI and NHB why they should not cancel housing loan distribution license of HDFC??
