I have also taken loan from HDFC and paying EMI for the past 2 years. I would also like to be included in action against HDFC if we are taking any as a group.

HDFC is a Foreign Owned Private Bank (equity held by foreigners). Here only to exploit and make unruly profit and gains.

Managers are assigned targets and rewards. Compelling them to exploit rules and regulations.

Not a single nationalised bank will do what this bank has done.

Its time to get together and act against these banks'.

We need to come up with an appropriate plan of action to bring them to books.
Thanks

Dear friends,

due to our continuou hard work to legalise this project, we have been able to get a major boost in our efforts. We filed a writ petition in Chandigarh Hight court and court understood our agony and instructed DGTCP Chandigarh to take remedial measures to hand over the project to us. It is great victory for us. For this I like to thank especially Ankur, Harjit, Vibhuti, Mohit, Dipak, Amit, Pankaj, Abahy, Mahesh and Govind who took initiatives to file this writ petition. Also thank to Vishal who filed separately. The order can be downloaded from..http://phhc.gov.in:8080/pdf/fo/CWP_2348 ... _ORDER.pdf

Thanks Naveen ji for sharing the information. The Banking Ombudsman is working on complaints with regard to banking only.

The housing loan is regulated by NHBFC.

26. Is there an Ombudsman for hearing complaints against NBFCs?

No, there is no Ombudsman for hearing complaints against NBFCs. However, in respect of credit card operations of an NBFC, if a complainant does not get satisfactory response from the NBFC within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of lodging the complaint, the customer will have the option to approach the Office of the concerned Banking Ombudsman for redressal of his grievance/s.

All NBFCs have in place a Grievance Redressal Officer, whose name and contact details have to be mandatorily displayed in the premises of the NBFCs. The grievance can be taken up with the Grievance Redressal Officer. In case the complainant is not satisfied with the settlement of the complaint by the Grievance Redressal Officer of the NBFC, he/she may approach the nearest office of the Reserve Bank of India with the complaint. The details of the Office of the Reserve Bank has also to be mandatorily displayed in the premises of the NBFC.

http://hrlokayukta.gov.in/
The establishment of the institutions of Lokayukta is part of an ongoing effort to provide clean, transparent and accountable government to the people. Lokayukta today are the institutional manifestations of the need to provide a quasi-judicial body, which would act as a watchdog to pinpoint wrong doings of the administration, look into complaints of the victims of corrupt elements and suggest measures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our Government.

Lokayuktas have been unearthing corruption cases, recommending measures to redress grievances of the people and above all, acting as a much needed safety valve to release the bottled up pressure of aggrieved citizens, which, if allowed to accumulate, would put a question mark on the credibility of our administrative apparatus. The very existence of a Lokayukta helps to generate a feeling of assurance among the public at large, that they have a mechanism to fall back upon when faced with corrupt public servants.

Lets file a Writ Petition asking to Direct CBI investigate into the matter of ERA, Countrywide, DGTCP and Banks.

Lets see how the corrupt (many intelligent IASs') have hedged themselves from prosecution.

This writ petition, by way of public interest litigation, is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.1- Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to register a criminal case against the respondents 3 to 5 under the provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and investigate into the colony licenses issued by the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Haryana during 2005 to 2012 allegedly in contravention of the provisions of the Haryana Development and Regulations of Urban Areas Act, 1975 as well as the alleged illegal land deals in the State of Rajasthan creating huge loss to the public exchequer.
Thanks

The Court has given Specific Direction to DGTCP and also given a Time frame to take action as per Law , so the Time frame of 3 months is a time of moratorium for victims, because nobody will listen to anything before 3 months.

3 months is the time for drawing out the best action Plan to face the worst. The petitioners and the lawyers who have strategised the CWP are the best persons as to decide on this further course of action, The Buyers should support the Group of Binod Kumar Ji in Increasing Numbers and form a formidable group.

This 3 month time is their to Join hands together.
