But with all unnecessary demands.

Please advise how to go further on this.

it appx 5 lacs more than the actual payment to be made.

Dear Divya,
Go for legal action, either thru court or consumer court. That's the only way to get justice otherwise Builder will not consider any request is terms of demand raised by them or penalty. They have all excuses with complete unprofessional approach, and off course it a matter of money and that is also in millions.
So everyone is playing their game to loot from the public, b'coz at the end of day common man needs their flat or property at time and they are trying to get the advantage of same.
The only way to get rid of this is go for legal case and book them for justice.
