ERA Divine Court construction status and updates, possession, resale prices discussion

Is there any updates in Era Divine court Highrise? I have a flat in Era Divine Court Sec-76 Highrise and don't know what is the current status?Because from a long time i have not get any demand letter.

My unit is in A2-605

हरियाणा सरकार ने लोगों को बड़ी राहत देते हुए शनिवार को 575 बिल्डरों, कॉलोनाइजर लाइसेंस होल्डरों को नोटिस थमा दिए हैं। सभी को 20 दिन के भीतर अपने प्लॉट, फ्लैट, दुकान और स्पेस होल्डर के बिक्रीनामों या कन्वेयन्स डीड्स रजिस्टर करवाने के आदेश दिए हैं। जहां दस्तावेज रजिस्टर्ड करवाना संभव नहीं है, वहां ली गई

स्टांप ड्यूटी ब्याज समेत तत्काल लौटाने को कहा है।

इस आदेश से बिल्डरों और कॉलोनाइजरों में हड़कंप है। यह कार्रवाई सीएम विंडो को अलॉटियों से मिली शिकायतों की वजह से हुई है, जो अमूमन राज्यभर से मिली थी। लेकिन ज्यादातर एनसीआर जिलों से थी, क्योंकि राज्य के इसी इलाके में सबसे ज्यादा और तेजी से शहरीकरण हुआ है। इन शिकायतों को राज्य के टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग के पास पड़ताल के लिए भेजा गया, तो 575 बिल्डरों और कॉलोनाइजरों के नाम उजागर हो गए। विभाग के मुताबिक, शिकायतों में आरोप लगाया गया था कि ‘कॉलोनाइजरों ने उनके पक्ष में प्लॉट, फ्लैट, दुकानों तथा ऑफिस स्पेस का बिक्रीनामा क्लियर करवाने के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस अथवा स्टांप डयूटी के तौर पर काफी पैसा

इकट्ठा तो किया, लेकिन बिक्रीनामे

अथवा कन्वेयन्स डीड आज तक रजिस्टर नहीं करवाए।

Dear All - Can anyone pls advise, where do we stand on the progress of Era Divine Floors possessions ? In Dec 14 , there was an update that Era will start giving possessions to 250 sq yards floor in Jan 15. However, I have not received any demand letter from the Era management. Is there any progress on this?

Legal matters are decided in Courts and hence wait for the Honourable court order.

Have recd notice from DHFL u/s 138. ERA is not honoring the subvention scheme they had given me ( this was till possession )

Would request members to advise. has anybody acted against a bank/NBFC and got any restraint order?

They will spoil our cibil too..

I just called Mr. Rakesh Bansal (DCTCP office) to check about the yesterday hearing. He is saying the hearing could not be conducted as the Director was not available again. Dont know whats going on.
