ERA Divine Court Buyers Group Discussions

Dear All the Era Divine Court low rise buyers,

As a follow up to the first meeting of the buyers group held on 19th October 2014, A second meeting of all the group members was organised on yesterday 23rd Nov 2014 at the Era Divine Court site in sector 76, Faridabad to discuss and formulate strategies to be adpted to ensure early possession to all the buyers. Nearly 50 members attended the meeting and offered their viewpoints and suggestions. Group members also made a representation to the top management of Era Group through the Era site in-charge Mr. Ravi Prakash. Soon we plan to again meet in NOIDA office of the company.
Will post the photographs as soon as possible.

I also request other group members to post the photographs if possible

I am a buyer of era divine low rise floor(180 sq yrd ) and intend to join the whatsapp group fighting for common cause of early possession. pls let me know the formalities needed to join whatsapp TELE GRAM group.

Meeting on Feb. 22, 2015 (Sunday) at 11 am ( Era Divine Court Site, Sec-76, Faridabad)

Dear Friends,

As we all know that Era Divine Court Project has been in doldrums since long due pathetic attitude of Adel (Era) Landmarks Ltd. Most of Low rise flat owners have booked in 2009 and High Rise owners Later. It is more than 5 years and company has done little to legalise the project.

But as you may be aware of fact that 12+1 people filed case in Chandigarh High Court for regularization of the project and got a favourable decision. In our petition, we have made BPTP as the main party, as they are the original land and license holder of the project. Due to ongoing dispute regarding payment between BPTP and Era, not only Era Divine Court Project got stuck, but Park Floor-II project also entangled. Now both projects are in limbo.

But owing to the decision of High Court and aggressive stand taken by us, BPTP and Era have come to talking table with DGTCP and the Petitioners. We (BPTP, Era and Petitioners) have TWO VERY SUCCESSFUL MEETINGS with DGTCP in Chandigarh. Earlier, Era was not interested in any kind of negotiations with BPTP and us but now they are talking.

But to get the projects regularised at the earliest, we need support of all, not one or two people. We have got some favourable decisions. There are many useful information to share with all the allottees regarding regularization of the project. For this we have called a meeting on Feb. 22, 2015 at 11 AM. The venue of the meeting is Era Divine Court Site, Sec 76 Faridabad.

We request everyone to come there irrespective of High Rise or Low Rise and formulate a plan for early approval of the project. This is a time of final thrust and we need support from everyone. Please be the part of the movement. You would be helping yourself by coming there.

We all are aware of the fact that BPTP & Era had done illegality ,The DGTCP had given an opportunity to BPTP to rectify the illegality by transfering the licenses of land where Era divine court is situated , in name of Era landmark.

BPTP had asked Era to pay 3.7 crore for transfer of License in its name, so that era becomes the Legal owner of Era divine court and DGTCP can grant OC to the Flats which are ready for possession.

But as expected Era refused to do so, and has put whole responsibility on the Licensee i.e BPTP.

This has created a Situation where the buyers need to file a fresh case against the criminals.

An urgent meeting has been called by the RWA on 5th April at 11AM to discuss the strategy ahead at Era divine Court site.

All concerned are requested to be there for the meeting.
