Internal Plaster Completion for T12

Received the demand notice for internal plaster completion for my flat in T12.

I also received the same for my T-11 flat on 9th June and have to pay the money by 24th June. Demand also includes 5% installment + 50% of additional charges.

So your's is for flooring completion. After this only the demand for possession is pending.

I too received the same for my T-11, 2nd floor now only the final demand is remaining that is at the time of possession which is expected next year March.

Does anyone have information on when the possession of tower T11 / T12 is expected, my booking is in T8 and am told by RPS through a reminder letter that once they get the certificate of completion, possession will begin
