Any update about D block? I believe so far no one have received any letter of possession.

Hi,

They are waiting for CC since last 8 months. Generally it takes 3-4 months so there may be any problem.

Expect something during Diwali.

Hi,

I heard from a broker that Environment Clearance (EC) committee is disbanded by govt. Once the committee is formed, it will start approving pending files. No idea when this committee will be formed.
Not sure how far this is true.

Certain brokers say that RPS will start issuing possession by December this year.

Hi,

This is not possible bcoz Environment clearance has to be taken beforehand and not on completion. Even if it is true how come they got OC in Savana in April this year.
These are all delay tactic so that Metro starts and they can sell at premium.

Dear All

I discussed with RPS Palms team about the possession date , they say we can get the possession but registry of the flat will happen after 3-4 months. We can discuss F&F payments and penalty clause with RPS and get the keys without registry.

For some units RPS offered Possession to flat owner. Some people are started living in palms without registry.

Hello All,
I have flat in D Block, for which Possession offer is given by RPS, I can see additional charges levied to the tune of 5lacs 50 thousand, most of them looks absurd. BSP is revised to new Collector rate of 3700/-.
Is there any group formed for RPS Palms buyers, wherein I can also join and discuss the issues against builder.
If anyone needs details of charges, please let me know, will provide the same.

Possession Demand from RPS Palms on 270 sq. yd(1400 sq ft) plan.

Hi All !
I am in receipt of possession offer letter from RPS Group(Palms).The total final amount they have asked excluding the Stamp duty part of approx.Rs.2,49,000.00 is coming around Rs.6,66,000.00.My point of sharing the same in the forum is ,has any other person in the group has received the same kind of offer letter related to the same type of flat . Further they have adjusted the penalty amount for the delay which comes to around Rs.3,45,000.00 ( @5/-psf per month multiply by the period of delay)by citing raise in input cost,whereas, in the BS agreement I suppose it is mentioned ,no escalation in prices.
Please any person or persons ,who has received similar kind of demand which I feel is unjustified kindly share your views and steps taken or to be taken if any in this regard.
