Formation of SRS Royal Hills Members Group

Does anyone know if SRS has obtained following documents for the towers up for possession?

Copy of Building plan and approval plan
NOC from pollution board, electricity, water and fire department
Completion certificate
Proof of approved floor plans

This is required before they offer possession.

When are they going to adjust the penalty for delay in possession? If they are asking for "holding charges", they are liable to pay delay charges as well.

I need few information like how much famalies are shifted at B-4/5/6.

I am a NRI and booked a flat in SRS Royal hill tower D-1, Flat no -1001. Kindly let me know when SRS is planning to give possession. It is already too late. Please also advised if we can ask them penalty or Interest on the delayed period. Kindly advice.

Dear friends,
I am not the resident/investor of SRS Royal Hills but a resident of the Ozone Park in sector 86. after seeing many mails I really could not stop myself to write in favor of investors/genuine residents.

We also had similar issues in Ozone Park apartment where builder (Shiv Sai) blatantly replied ignoring the residents and even didnot pay the penalty for delay and many more. But we took possession first (a year back) and now we are going to fight against the builder for all illegal demands. My advise is to take the possession first and get your property in your hand and then go for legal battle. There are many exaple where the people lost everything when they reached court without taking thepossession of their property.

Be ready to sign on another paper also where you will find it more disappointing. Keep yourself united and prepare for the legal battle.

Hope we can have better Greater Faridabad by such PEST CONTROL strategy.

I have read few of the post on VAT demanded by Builder but the updates are not clear for as on date.

I have recently purchased a flat in B1 Royal hills in fresh booking through builder.

Though this portal i came to know that the builder is demanding VAT as well which was not discussed with me at any point of time.

In the previous discussion i have read about VAT demand by Builder but not came to any conclusion that what happened after that.

Can any one help and guide me. Will VAT be demanded to me and when will they demand for it.
