Enhanced EDC Stayed by Hon'ble High Court

Please note this order is currently not for GFWA petition whose next date of hearing is 08-Feb-16. But, this order gives idea of High Court mood

Looks like High Court is saying that Govt., HUDA and DTCP can demand as much money and colonizers have to pay which in turn will be paid by consumers. Govt collects 5000 crores and spends only 1000 crores and that is also done more than 5 years late.What is accountability of 4000 crores of rupees who are paid by hard working middle class people ??

I presume that argument will begin on the next date and will not last longer.

Any one else would like to take the case forward as it is closer to disposal. I am tired and lost enough wealth from my own pocket.

Please find attached the policy duly announced by DGTCP on 12th February 2016 and is effective dated 1st January 2016.

Inference:
1. In case we loose the case of EEDC before Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana high Court we will have to pay an amount @ more that 75% of EEDC already paid.

2. In case we do not pay the said amount State may stay away doing the Infrastructure work on account of shortages of fund for infrastructure work.

3. In case we loose the case before Punjab & Haryana high court we may have to resolve to stand before Hon'ble SC immediately.

4. For fighting further before high court we are in need huge amount and also require huge amount to fight the case before Hon'ble SC.

5. The next date is scheduled on tomorrow on 19th February 2016.
6. Let all of us unite and cease all the activities coming on road or protest( This is my opinion).
