Any demand raised @1.05% of the total sales consideration is payable irrespective conveyance deed executed or not. No H-VAT demand is payable once allottee is registered on or after 01.04.2014.
This is my persoanl opinion based on the little knowledge i possess. Rest all are free to take the legal opinion from their attorney and act accordingly.
