ERA Divine Court construction status and updates, possession, resale prices discussion

If ERA/Adel don't have enough money to get the license from DGTCP and start the construction, how can people sure that this money will be utilized properly. ERA/Adel already had taken the hard-earned money from people for High rise project, where is this money? and why can't they utilize this money.

They have wasted so much time of people and also wasted their hard-earned money. Builder has no aim to deliver the project. Now Builder should return the money with interest as we have been frustrated so much by builder as well as financial institutions.

Today first time in last many years some one on social media at least talked about ADEL DIVINE COURT High Rise construction status and issues - Although every time we use to see or read news in papers or media regarding concerns on 250 and 180 sq yd buyers but this time some one also touched the concerns of high rise also before administration.

Like to appreciate here Danik Jagran faridabad city news as well.

Is there any update regarding when construction will get start, because as per my info few of my friends by mistake paid funds to ADEL ( few from 250 and 180 low rise and many from high rise) but even after receiving money,ADEL again looking ditched all of us once again.

Even after doing false commitment to all regarding start of construction and other licence related formalities, ADEL (Builder) team made us fool once again, based on which few of us paid our one more payment lot to builder in a hope on miracle from builder.

In Era Redwood there are 9 towers , out of which 6 have been issued Occupation certificate, and many families are already residing in these Towers after registering their Flats, whereas 3 towers are incomplete (deliberately by the Developer).

Few logical points for consideration:
1. Are we looking at the bigger picture or just targeting societies as escape goat in the name of pollution , health hazards etc.?
2. There are just 20 to 25 societies in entire greater Faridabad ; the impression is drawn as if they are the only one responsible for pollution level in the area.
3. Will sealing of societies solve the whole problem?
4. There are more than 1000/- gensets being used in un authorised colonies nd in factories in the area. Anyone knows how many unauthorized colonies and how many washing plant's we have in greater Faridabad.
5. there is proper sanitation in place in those unauthorized colonies? They dispose off their waste in open.
6. Do we know how many factories are operational in the area? And Where are they disposing off there chemical wastes? Which in fact is more dangerous than the human waste.
6. Has anybody thought about people who are leaving in societies and some how surviving under minimal living conditions.
7. Is our Moto is to displace society people in particular? Or we want to think of solution to bigger problems as cited above.
8. Why rules are only applicable to people living in societies.
9. Only problems are raised; no one comes up with logical solution.
10. Few learned members represents and claim as if they are authorized representatives of greater Faridabad. Who have authorized them ? Have they been chosen by public through democratic process?
These are few points for consideration of all members; think over it please.

Good News for you, Builder already competed the formalities of license and hopefully they will get license in January 2018. So now you can contact direct to builder and ignore DALAL type of persons. Thanks
