Hi,

Greeting to everyone & congratulation for successfully going towards such a good cause.

I would love to be a part of this group. Since I am from finance background, would like to contribute the forum if any finance related work is required, over and above the other contributions.

Thank you for including me in your forum

Hi Harpreet,

I mailed you reply on 11th march but it is not reflecting here, therefore mailing again.

As per the current rules bank will only finance the rest 10%. The amount that has already been paid will not be financed.

Gayatri mam

Nice to know you through this forum.

I have taken bank housing loan for my house at RPS. If my credit limit permits, would the bank give me loan beyond the construction level? I mean for interiors, furnitures, etc.

May sound an absolutely faltu Q.. Im from Pharma background and have no idea of these stuffs.

Thanks & Regards
Amit

In every bank there is top-up loan facility to solve your purpose.

Dear Amit,

First of all your question is not at all faltu. It would help others also having the same query.

You can certainely apply for extension for the purpose mentioned (woodwork etc.) only once the conyevance deed is ready. This would be subject to market value of property at that time. The bank generally gives loan equal to 75%-80% of the market value of property. Means your overall loan should not exceed 80%. The second factor would be your income.

Hope this would solve your query
