Meeting with Faridabad MP Avtar Singh Bhadana

A delegation of 8 members from Greater Faridabad Welfare Association met the Faridabad MP Avtar Singh Bhadana today at his official residence at 16, Janpath to apprise him about the Nehapar situation and discuss development issues.

He said he is already aware of the situation after our 1st March protest and has spoken with the DC and HUDA administrator. He will be out of station till 25th March and after he returns, he will again hold a meeting with the DC, HUDA and Police commissioner to get an update. We plan to meet him again towards the end of this month.

On behalf of Home buyers across Neharpar, a delegation comprising of eight member from Greator Faridabad Welfare Association met Faridabad M.P Mr. Avtar Singh Bhadana at his Delhi Office on 16.3.11 8.00 am and apprised him about lack of development in Neharpar Sectors along with various issues faced by home buyers across the region, and requested him for his kind attention urgently. Considering some families are going to shift this year in their apartments ,GFWA requested him to allocate MP fund for repair work of existing Tigaon and Kheri road as temporary solution and make it motorable till all sector roads come into existence at Neherpar area. We further requested for his support for overall development of Neharpar sectors in coming days.

Mr. Bhadana listened to delegation very carefully and sympathized on all home buyer concerns. He mentioned that he is aware of the issues and have read about our protest on 1st march, He plan to call a joint meeting after 25th Mar’11 with all the concerned authorities ( District Commissioner, HUDA administrator, Police Commissioner and MCF Faridabad Chief) so that all issues can be discuss at one plate form and can decide future course of action. He promised to look the matter and take proper initiative once current parliament session is over.

GFWA submitted a memorandum to him for demanding action on infrastructure development and fraudulent activity by Neharpar builders. The delegation requested him to check the feasibility of raising Builder regulatory policy matter during parliamentary session. He informed GFWA members to meet after 25th March at Faridabad office for further course of action.

At last GFWA thanked him for his self initiative and hopeful for positive outcome and action from him for future of 2 lakh future residents and home buyers of Neharpar societies.Following GFWA members attended today meeting:-Jayanta, Narendra, Seema, Manish, Vineet, Ajay, Sanjay and Sudhanshu
