Ozone Park Meeting in April 2011

Hello,

As planned during our last meeting, our next meeting can be planned in April 2011 (dates to be decided). This needs to be a joint meeting at the Ozone Site so that any issues can be highlighted to the project team at the site itself.

Also, I have been getting calls from the members of Ozone to have 'Ozone Park Resident Welfare Association'.

Pls share your views on both the topics.

Dear All,

I think, too many Individual Associations for each Project, will dilute and divide our strength.

I feel, at present we are fighting for the Development of Whole Region (Greater Faridabad) and not for individual Project.

So, we should not form N number of associations.

As a Faridabad community, we all are fighting with the conman concern such as external development, builder's malpractice etc. But there are some concerns which are project specific such as dimension of the flat, quality etc etc.
So I feel that for the project specific issues, meeting with the individual project authority is must.

Hi All,

I agree with most of the users that we should not be creating separate forum as it would dilute the cause of broader issue of development of Neharpar. The broader group can be leveraged for activities against builders or government agencies.

When did we plan to meet at Ozone site.

Hello,

1. Please do not mistake the idea of forming 'Ozone Park Welfare Association' as creation of a new forum. It is just a way of getting more organized and structured.
2. The objective of having 'Ozone Park Welfare Association' will be to have a single face while dealing with the builder, i.e. Shiv Sai.

Hi All,

I agree with Rajat.

Our problems are complex where on one hand we need to fight against HUDA, STP and other govt agencies for development and on the other we have to fight against our respective builders against their various malpractices. Both of these activities go hand in hand so this messages posted in communities 'Shivsai Infrastructure' is meant for Ozone park members for their group specific meeting.

Individual RWAs will have to be formed for every project separately to file court cases. The details of every project are different, so a common case can't be filed. Infact, in the compensation cases, every individual will have to give his individual details for period of delay, Mental agony and distress caused. No Builder will give you anything without going to the courts.

Instead of giving compemsation to all apartment owners, the Builders are happy to go to court and after a prolonged legal battle, even if while losing, pay compensation to 30 or 40 owners than to all the 2000 or more of them.
