I have recently booked for BPTP Discovery park in Sector 80, So what is the impcat on New Projects?
Did Any one booked for Discovery Park project.. What is the News for Discovery Park as Project has
been approved by HDFC Bank on Subvention Plan (No EMI for 2 Years and Builder will pay the insterest for that period)

Hi ,

It's good that you have booked a flat & ur dream.
But there is no question of trust on Bank & Builders. If you remember that what happend in LIC 6 month before.
Be prepare to pay everything . Builder's can't pay anything. If go with document that it's always written that Builder chas right to change anything anytime without informing to us.
We need to fight a lot for getting value of our money.

I have also booked a flat in Tower B Unit 1005. How do you feel about prospects of discovery park. I have already applied for HDFC bank loan to apply for subvention scheme. I think its a good scheme for people who are end users and buying property for living.

It would be good if we get in touch with each other and make a community for discovery park residents to discuss issues and coordinate each other.

Don't book any flat in Naharpar Area till it develops. Better to get money back and book in Noida ext / Noida expressway.
