Hi All,

It may also be possible that builders and property dealers are just spreading rumors to scare prospecting buyers to by the property now before the EDC price increase. As otherwise they have to pay more. It may be just a gimmick to increase the momentum in market.
So I think first step is to verify with HUDA if this is really true.

Also, lets give it a thought..

If Govt reduced the EDC charges in GurGaoN.. will it return to building / owners who have booked but have not recd the possession.. whatever may happen.. it will not be refunded.. If they cannot return the reduced charges.. how can they charge us the increased amount after we have booked..

सोमवार को हूडा अधिकारी एक बार फिर नहर पार सेक्टर -75 और 80 के लिए कब्जा लेने पहुंचे थे , लेकिन किसानों के विरोध के चलते हूडा अधिकारियों को एक बार फिर वहां से खाली हाथ लौटना पड़ा। किसानों का कहना है कि जब तक उनकी जमीन के लिए उन्हें उचित मुआवजा नहीं दिया जाता तब तक वो अपनी जमीन पर किसी भी हालत में कब्जा नहीं देंगे।

हूडा एस्टेट ऑफिसर वी . एस . कालीरमन और एसडीओ सर्वे अजित सिंह सेक्टर -75 और 80 की जमीन के साथ मास्टर रोड की जमीन के लिए कब्जा लेने पहुंचे , लेकिन मौके पर उपस्थित लगभग 50 लोगों ने हूडा अधिकारियों का भारी विरोध किया। जिसके चलते हूडा अधिकारियों को खाली हाथ लौटना पड़ा। यह पहला मामला नहीं है जब हूडा अधिकारी अपनी जमीन पर बिना कब्जा लिए वापस लौटे हैं। इससे पहले भी कई बार हूडा अधिकारी नहर पार कब्जा लेने में नाकाम रहे हैं। गौरतलब है कि नहर पर सेक्टर -75 और 80 डिवेलप करने के लिए हूडा ने गांव बड़ौली के आसपास काफी समय पहले जमीन अधिग्रहित कर ली थी और किसानों ने इसके एवज में मिलने वाला मुआवजा भी उठा लिया था। लेकिन अब किसान और अधिक मुआवजे की मांग कर रहे हैं। नहर पार किसान संघर्ष समिति के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष शिवदत्त वशिष्ठ का कहना है कि नहर पार मास्टर रोड के लिए 42 लाख रुपये प्रति एकड़ के हिसाब से मुआवजा दिया गया है लेकिन हमारे गांव में सेक्टर -75 और 80 के लिए एक्वायर की गई जमीन के एवज में केवल 16 लाख रुपये प्रति एकड़ के हिसाब से मुआवजा किसानों को दिया गया है। जब तक हमारी जमीन के बदले भी हमंे 42 लाख रुपये प्रति एकड़ मुआवजा नहीं दे दिया जाता तब तक हम अपनी जमीन पर कब्जा नहीं दंेेगे और जमीन पर खेती करते रहेंगे।

with this news it seems that HUDA is not able to acquire the land for Section 75 & 80 to build the sector road which has to be connected to master road...as farmers are also saying that for sector 75 & 80, land was acquiredinitiallyat different price and they ned the same price which other farmers got for master road...

Has any one clear understanding onthis?

I think legally HUDA is right. Farmers had already given the land to HUDA 2 years back (in 2008) for Sectors 75 and 80. This land belongs to HUDA.

Market rate is increased in 2010 and that is why HUDA is now paying increased price. Farmers who had already sold land should not have objections.

Huda should acquire land two years back after paying check to farmer. Problem is from Huda side.

I don't think so that there is a problem from HUDA side. As a matter of goodwill, it would have allowed farmers to use land for agriculture.

Definately its a HUDAs mistake.....
1)when they paid the amount to the farmers 2 years back ..within that time frame they have to acquire the land for demarcation....but lazy officials made 2 years passed .
2) Wat goodwill ..offcourse if HUDA has not acquired land ...farmers will do their work and use the land.
3) why DC told lie to farmers representative that farmers will get the required compensation soon
4)Why HUDA is not putting this case seriously with CM...that 16 lakh should be increased to 42 lakh for farmers
5) All problems will be solved once farmers get desired compensation which is already recieved by farmers of adjoining village
6)Knowing previous case ..why not HUDA go to aquire land with full police force and legal papers
7) HUDA only releases pressnote about his good will
8) Daily newspaper headlines are full of corruption in HUDA office and among his officers from cement scam,land scam to acquired land scam...
HUDA is the only culprit for each and everything :devil2:

I fully agree with the views of Vinita. It is purely the mistake of HUDA officials that the situation has now gone out of hand. Now also they are not doing anything concrete to get back their land for Master Road for which the payment is already made to the farmers. The farmers had assured that they will handover the land after the wheat crops are cut. But now they are not giving citing reasons for a less compensation. Hence putting the matter on HOLD. Now HUDA will take its own sweet time and by the time they will agree on this compensation, the farmers would have revised the compensation amount to even higher as per the prevalent rate at that time !

In a way the farmers are lot more better than the educated lot like ours. The farmers get what they ask because their method of asking is different then that of ours. They will Stop a train, will jam the road, will gherao the CM, will resort to stone throwing on govt machineries and property but they will never go to any court and fight in a lawful manner like us. And strangely the government listens to them only.

The farmers have got the money for the land as per the rates prevalent at the time of disbursement but still the government is not able to get the land. At the other hand we have paid all the hard earned money of ours for so many years and still are sitting in the dark totally cheated.

Dear Vijay and Vinita, it is very easy to abuse Govt. departments for everthing. I agree that HUDA may be lazy in acquiring its own land but that does not give other person right to steal it or blackmail for more money. HUDA is right in saying to farmers that let it acquire land and if they are having concerns, they should speak to Administration.
