Ozone Park Apts - Further delay anticipated

Hi Everyone,

I visited the ozone park site today and had a discussion with their onsite representative. Here are the excerpts:
1. They have applied for completion certificate which requires 12 surveys/audits by the Govt officials. But till now only 2 audits have been done. They don't know when the remaining audits would be planned.
2. Sewage connection has not been done. As per them, HUDA has confirmed to setup that infrastructure by June'2011 and builder would need another 3-4 months to setup the connection.
3. Electricity connection with the main Govt line is yet to be done.
4. No date as of now about the water connection from Govt.
5. A lot of finishing work is pending in the flats.

Possession would be given ONLY after proper sewage & electricity connection.

I own a flat in T6 tower, possesion of which was promised in June'2011. That seems impossible now. The representative told us that possession can be handed over in October'2011. I personally feel that it won't happen until next year.

These are the same issues which were raised in our meeting with Shiv Sai management in March 2011.
At that time they committed the possession by August 2011.
These points can be discussed when we meet the Shiv Sai management on last Saturday of May 2011.
