Just a quick injunction, BPTP has NOT been awarded work for sector roads. Land acquisition is still in progress as informed by Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad. He hopes that it will be completed very soon and only then stage for tendering will arise. Company who will win the tender will get contract for construction of roads for Sectors 75 to 89. It can be any company not necessarily BPTP.

Hi,

I have a flat booked in SPR Imperial Estate in Phase II, Classique -1104.

I have following queries :

1. Will Open Parking Charges be wavied off, as ordered by Supreme Court ?
2. High Court in Maharashtra has given stay on Service Tax. What about Delhi/NCR ?
3. Do we have to pay difference in EDC/IDC at the time of buy & at the time of possession ?

License Information about SPR Imperial Estate, Sector 82 (as mentioned on their website) :::

M/s SPR Buildtech Ltd. has purchased land admeasuring 10.256 acres at Village Bhatola in Sector 82, Faridabad and Sale Deed executed in its favour. The company has obtained necessary license bearing no. 1264 dated 31/10/2006 for development of the said land into a Group Housing Colony from the Director Town and Country Planning Haryana, Chandigarh. The building plans have also been sanctioned by the competent authority vide memo no. 23580 dated 17.9.2007. The company has also been issued ‘No Objection’ Certificates by all the concerned departments detailed hereunder:

Great job friends for having this forum. I own Xclusive 1202 at Imperial Estates. I visited the site in Feb and saw the construction slow paced for phase one, though phase two construction was moving fast. The first response was possession will take place in August 2011. Next month when I called, they said December 2011. A few days back, I called up Pramod and he said the construction is about to get over, the outside plaster work is done. Inside plaster is taking place and the possession will be offered by Diwali.

Has anybody visited the project recently? If yes, could you please post some pictures.

A project like Mahindra Chloris completed everything and was waiting for OC for last few months that led to delay in possession. We all know how professionally manager SPR is? Even if they complete Ph 1 by diwali, I don't see scope of getting possession before the year end.

Could someone advise if the club etc. will be running when the possession of Ph 1 is offered?

Good to see on this forum! I also own flat in Xclusive but on 10th flr.
II agree the construction work in Ph-1 is slow as compared to Ph-2
Hope every thing will be right and we'll get possession this year.
