Minutes of Meeting : HUDA officials and GFWA Team
Hi all,
Pls find below the extracts of Meeting held with HUDA administrator.
This meeting was follow up for our previous listed issues.
Meeting attended by :
HUDA officials : Sh. A Shreenivas (HUDA administrator), Sh. T.D. Chopra (Superintending Engineer), and XEN.
GFWA Team : Ajay Yadav, Dheeraj Jain, A.K. Gaur, Seema Joshi, Sanjeev Kumar, Nitin Bajaj, lakesh and Dinesh Kumar.
Here are the replies from HUDA administrator.
Master and Sector Road Land acquisition and estimation Status:
* Land acquisition completed for all sector roads except sector 75 and 80.
* Sector 75 and 80 land is pending due to protest from farmers, this issue is under consideration at Dr. Praveen Kumar (DC-FBD) end.
* Estimate ready for External development services excluding sector 75 and 80.
Alignment of Master and Sector Roads:
* There is change in alignment of some sector roads to avoid the construction and populated parts.
* Re-alignment layout under approval.
External Survey agency Report:
* Work is going on by External Survey agency on the development of external Infrastructure for sectors 75 to 89 and to be completed by 15.6.2011.
DPR and Tender Process:
* After Report submission from External Survey agency , process of DPR report and Tender will be started. (Minimum period to complete all this process is 3months).
* HUDA admin will proceed further for the process of DPR and Tendering without waiting for Land acquisition of Sector 75and 80, to avoid further delay.
Proposed Temp. Road Rework:
* For temp roads at Sector 86, 87, 88 and 89 Interaction points can’t be made as new, while some patch work can be done on some of the roads.
* Tigaon Road comes under B&R- PWD deptt, they are working on this road to repair. While Kheri Road falls under marketing cell.
Metro Rail Project –Faridabad:
* No clear cut projection on the alignment of Metro route in Faridabad, decision pending at NHAI end. And no time line decided.
Connectivity of New Sectors:
* Few new Bridges over Agra Canal are under consideration to improve the connectivity of new Sectors with rest of Faridabad.
* Road (Kalandi Kunj bye Pass road) on Agra canal side belongs to UP irrigation dept and can’t comment on that area.
* To improve the connectivity with Noida and Greater Noida, DTP is working and they can better brief on that.
Propsed Increase in EDC :
* Can be decided after complete land acquisition of all sectors. No decision as of now.
