KLJ Developers Cheating it's Customers

It's the time to meet once and then have a meeting with KLJ.
As discussed with Anindya pal, kaushik ghosh and Snjiv Sehgal, we can plan for meeting (Saturday/Sunday) either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

ALL: Please confirm your availability to call for the KLJ members meeting. We can decide for a common place to meet.

Please let us meet and build up some sort of pressure on KLJ Top Management or all of us will be left hanging with no light at the end of the tunnel. I am giving my mobile no : 9999095026. I will suggest what ever number of people commit plz go ahead and have internal meeting first...at least I can see 4 members are really willing to come forward: you, Nirdosh, Arpit, Mr. Sanjiv Saigal

We generally dont come forward unless we see some actions and wait for others to take first step...
Sooner we take the first step better for us...

Hi All,

I have also booked a 2BHK flat in KLJ Platinum Plus, Sector-77, Faridabad. I have deposited the initial booking amount, but nothing else after that as i could not get to see the sanctioned drawing of the above project and also in whatever documnt that i came accross at KLJ was always in the name of Cadillac Buildwell Pvt. Ltd, whereas all the documents i got was from KLJ Townplanners Pvt Ltd. Also LIC housing finance, the agency which i had approaced for home loan had stated that they were not disbursing any Loans for KLJ Platinum Plus project. Recently, in fact today only i got the confirmation from Mr.Sudhir Tandon of SBI Home Finance, whose number was provided by a fellow KLJ Flat holder that KLJ Platinum plus project is approved by them for loan disbursement. So all is well on that front at last. But the difference in name will lead to problems. please feel free to correct me if i get any fact wrong. That is the reason i am trying to contact all you guys. So, let us try to create a group and take on the KLJ management so that they speed up the execution of the project.

Sunday is perfect, As we will be meeting for the first time, Lets plan for a common point like Nehru place or any other central point and discuss the issues and net course of action.

Also, Visiting the construction site might not be fruitful as no one senior sits there (specially on Sunday) I have visited the site 4-5 times in last 9 months.
