Hi Dheeraj/Ajay,

I would suggest the following :

1. Post the name of all the members (defaulters) in forum who have not paid membership fee yet.
2. Every forum member should encourage the persons, they know personally who have bought a flat in
nehaarpaar area but are not on our forum.

A small contribution from my side: Encouraged following 3 members to get registered in GFWA who were
not the member of our forum before.

1. Dipin Mehta : Imperial Estate, SPR, Sec - 82
2. Vikas Prasad : Imperial Estate, SPR, Sec - 82
3. Sauabh Gugnani : RPS

Hopefully, would be able to convince 4 more people to register themselves in GFWA

Mr. Sudesh, regarding newspaper articles, please note that farmers in Greater Faridabad have absolutely no legal grounds to approach High Court as Haryana has best policy in India. Even Rahul Gandhi told yesterday in Aligarh that UP Govt. should learn from Haryana. It is just the pure greed of farmers backed by vested political interests that is creating this hype.

I am agree with Nitin for putting the name of defaulters for not paying the contribution money yet.
It may be that there are some property delar also registerd & we can come to know easely.

Any update for takiing stay against EDC/IDC.

Dear Brijesh,
GFWA legal team is burning midnight oil for same and provided all the required documentations to lawyer to prepare legal draft.Layyer is now working and by next week we may have some updates.The nature of work the legal team is doing does not permit us to post all the information on the forum, but a lot of things are happening in the background and the legal team is working in the best interest of all.

@Saraswati, I have received some documents from Puri people too. Again, thanks a lot for reaching out to Puri people and helping for good cause

Dear Core Team,

Any idea when PIL will be filed ( Tentative date).

In case someone receives for payment of increased EDC & IDC what he should do- Pay or wait because court will take its own time after PIL is filed to take decision.

Dear Anuj & all

We understnad your concern thats why legal team is busy in sorting that.
As only Omaxe people are more worried due to deadlines given to them by the builders. Its a request to all the Omaxe flat owners that not to pay increased EDC till the last day reaches for most 24h July is the last date .
GFWA is trying hard to reach to some conclusion before your last date of payment. We will update you the same about that.

We assure you that WRIT is not going to hinder any projects possession as EDC is government issue and possession pertains to builder.We are aware of all such issue and it will not happen

Hi All

As we have now approached he last date for Submiting increased EDC charges by Omaxe Heights. I request that none of us should submit this amount for another 10 days or so till the time we get some information of our PIL.

Moreover Vinita, we should write an E: mail to all concerned persons at Omaxe and marking copy to all members of our forum mentioning that we will only deposit (or not depost) this money after outcome of our result.

An E:mail of this sought will atleast give a message to Omaxe that we cannot be taken for granted.

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद।। नहर पार डिवेलप हो रहे ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को हकीकत में ग्रेट बनाने के लिए वहां अच्छी सड़कों, सीवर, पानी की सुविधा के साथ-साथ बेहतर बिजली व्यवस्था बनाए रखने की तैयारियां भी पूरी कर ली गई हैं। इलाके को नो पावर कट जोन बनाने के लिए वहां 66 केवी के दो पावर सबस्टेशन बनाए जाएंगे। इसके लिए हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम ने ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में जमीन की मांग की है। डीटीपी का कहना है कि हमने पहले ही सबस्टेशनों के लिए जमीन रिजर्व की हुई है। जैसे ही वहां डिवेलपमेंट वर्क शुरू होगा, हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम को जमीन सौंप दी जाएगी।


फ्यूचर प्लानिंग
शहर में बढ़ती आबादी के साथ ही बिजली-पानी की डिमांड बढ़ती जा रही है। डिमांड और सप्लाई में अंतर होने का बड़ा कारण है उपभोक्ताओं की संख्या अधिक होना और सीमित संसाधन। भविष्य में आबादी और बढ़ जाएगी जिसके चलते मूलभूत सुविधाओं की दिक्कत और बढ़ जाएगी। इसलिए भविष्य में होने वाले डिवेलपमेंट को ध्यान में रखते हुए सरकार ने अभी से योजनाएं बनानी शुरू कर दी है। भविष्य में नहर पार डिवेलप होने वाले ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में कोई दिक्कत न हो, इसके लिए सरकार और प्रशासन ने पूरी तैयारियां की हुई हैं, जिनमें से कुछ पर अमल भी शुरू कर दिया गया है।


नो पावर कट जोन
ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में जहां पानी की दिक्कत को दूर करने के लिए रैनीवेल बनाए गए हैं वहीं पार्किंग प्रॉब्लम को दूर करने के लिए हर 100 एकड़ पर मल्टीलेवल पर्किंग डिवेलप करने के लिए जमीन रिजर्व रखी गई है। अवैध निर्माण होने से बचाने के लिए आशियाना फ्लैट्स बनाने की लिए जगह रिजर्व रखी गई है। वहीं ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को नो पावर कट जोन बनाने के लिए भी पूरी तैयारियां की गई हैं। एचबीवीएन ( हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम ) यहां डिवेलप होने वाले सेक्टरों में बिजली की दिक्कत को दूर करने के लिए यहां दो नए सब सस्टेशन तैयार करने की योजना बना रहा है। इसके लिए बिजली वितरण निगम ने डीटीपी से जमीन भी मांगी है। दो नए सब सस्टेशन यहां डिवेलप होने के बाद यहां पर बिजली समस्या को काफी हद तक दूर किया जा सकेगा।


66 केवी के दो सब स्टेशन
सूत्रों के मुताबिक , बिजली विभाग ने ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में 66 केवी के दो नए सबस्टेशन बनाने की योजना तैयार की है। इसके लिए ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में बनने वाले सेक्टर 75, 76 और 81, 82 के आसपास हूडा से जमीन भी मांगी गई है। इन सब स्टेशनों को तैयार करने के लिए बिजली विभाग 20 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करने की योजना बना रहा है। भविष्य में ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में बसने वाले हजारों लोगों को इस योजना के पूरे होने के बाद फायदा मिलेगा। ग्रेटर फरीदबाद में हूडा अपने 15 सेक्टर डिवेलप करने जा रहा है। प्राइवेट बिल्डरों के भी हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्ट हैं। इन सबस्टेशनों के बन जाने के बाद ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद मेंं बिजली की कोई किल्लत नहीं होगी।


सबस्टेशन हैं प्लान में
डीटीपी संजीव मान का कहना है कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में बिजली के सब स्टेशन बनाना हमारे प्लान में शामिल है। बिजली विभाग ने हमसे यहां जमीन मांगी है। जैसे ही ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में डिवेलपमेंट शुरू होगा , वैसे ही बिजली विभाग को सबस्टेशन डिवेलप करने के लिए जमीन उपलब्ध करा दी जाएगी।
