Hi All,

You may be seeing many activities in last few months..like meeting with DTP, DC for Builders related issues and meeting with HUDA administrator for development related issues.

But every time we are getting one new date.

We just come to know about the Meeting of Sh. S.S Dhillon with Faridabad Govt administration to review Meeting points of dt 28.4.11.

Sh. S.S Dhillon is Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Govt of Haryana and He is very strict in his working. He the Person who takes bold decisions and can direct HUDA to take action to solve our issues.
You must be aware of the his meeting on 28th April’2011 in which he directed HUDA administration to carry out all development across the Faridabad including the New sectors 75 to 89 across Agra Canal.

In the upcoming meeting on 22nd he is going to review various issues related to development of Faridabad and will discuss..Like Metro alignment, Bye Pass Road updates and many more.

हुडा की 22 को समीक्षा बैठक Jul 15,फरीदाबाद, जागरण

हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण के विकास कार्यो को लेकर 22 जुलाई को सेक्टर 155ए स्थित जिमखाना क्लब में समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन किया जाएगा। नगर एवं ग्राम आयोजन विभाग के वित्तायुक्त एवं प्रधान सचिव एसएस ढिल्लो के नेतृत्व में होने वाली इस बैठक में हुडा, नगर एवं ग्राम आयोजन विभाग, एनएचएआइ और दिल्ली मेट्रो रेल कारपोरेशन के अधिकारी भी भाग लेंगे।

संभावना व्यक्त की जा रही है कि 22 जुलाई को ही वित्तायुक्त फरीदाबाद मेट्रो के लिए प्रस्तावित नौ स्टेशनों, मेट्रो डिपो व प्रस्तावित मेट्रो अलाइनमेंट की साइट का भी दौरा करेंगे। इसके बाद वे मेट्रो की अलाइनमेंट के मसले को सुलझाने के लिए जल्द एनएचएआई के आला अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक करेंगे। इसके अलावा इस बैठक में हुडा द्वारा फरीदाबाद में कराए जा रहे विभिन्न विकास कार्यो की समीक्षा भी की जाएगी। इन योजनाओं में ओल्ड फरीदाबाद रेलवे अंडर ब्रिज, बड़खल रेलवे ओवर ब्रिज, मलेरना रेलवे ओवर ब्रिज, बाइपास रोड, प्रदर्शनी केंद्र, रेनीवेल परियोजना, आशियाना योजना आदि पर विस्तार से चर्चा होने की संभावना है। विकास कार्यो को पूरा होने में विलंब क्यों हो रहा है, इनमें क्या अड़चनें हैं, कितना काम पूरा हुआ, पिछले दो तीन महीनों में इन योजनाओं पर कितना काम हुआ आदि के बारे में भी समीक्षा की जाएगी। बैठक को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों ने तैयारी भी शुरू कर दी हैं। अधिकारी बैठक के लिए रिपोर्ट, प्रजेंटेशन आदि तैयार करने में जुट गए हैं।

On the line of the same, we are seeking appointment with him on 22nd Jul to brief him about the “No development” in Neharpar Sectors despite setting many deadline and now increasing EDC rate without doing anything.

We already sent him appointment request. Whether we get formal appointment or not, but we need to gather and to show our strength for the common issues.
Therefore, I request all members to pls join that meeting on 22nd Jul and spare your one day to highlight your points related to development of Neharpar area and increased EDC.

Now the noise making is very important to bring problems of Neharpaar in the focus which is the most deprieved part in the NCR area. People have invested there hard earned money from last five years and they are getting nothing , what they are getting is delay, cheating, malpractices by the builder and slow or I will say no developmeny by the administration.
So please start devoting your little time for all this issues otherwise we cant dream of our house on time and that too n good palce to boast on.
Please come for procession and gatherng to voice our grievences on 22nd July.

It is an excellent platform to get success against builders and make dream true of own home in Faridabad. If we are not united & involved sincerely. The builders will not wake up. They will continue fooling us. This protest is not only OMAXE but it is against all builders of all sectors of Greater Faridabad (Naharpar). Individual little time and physical presence during protest will boost a lot to all of us. Try once!

डीएमआरसी ने सौंपी नौ स्टेशनों की रिपोर्ट

स्टेशन का प्रारूप तैयार, ३५ बाई २२० मीटर लंबा होगा, 500 वर्ग गज के हिस्से पर बनेगी पार्किंग

डीएमआरसी ने यहां बनाए जाने वाले नौ मेट्रो स्टेशनों की निशानदेही कर रिपोर्ट डीटीपी को सौंप दी है। फिलहाल मेट्रो को हाइवे के लेफ्ट से (दिल्ली की तरफ से) लाने की योजना है। इसलिए इस रिपोर्ट में हाइवे किनारे कई बड़े निर्माणों की जमीन आ रही है। ऐसे में न केवल निर्माणों के लिए खतरा है, बल्कि जमीन अधिग्रहण में भी दिक्कत हो सकती है। डीएमआरसी अधिकारियों ने स्टेशन साइट की निशानदेही कर रिपोर्ट जिला नगर योजनाकार विभाग के अधिकारियों को सौंपने के बाद शहर के नक्शे पर नौ स्टेशन की रिपोर्ट बना ली है। जो संभावित निर्माण प्रभावित हो रहे हैं, उनके संचालक विभाग के कार्यालय के चक्कर लगा रहे हैं। यदि हाइवे के लेफ्ट साइड से मेट्रो आती है तो काफी रिहायशी जमीन स्टेशन के रास्ते में आएगी।

कैसा होगा स्टेशन का आकार : डीएमआरसी ने मेट्रो के लिए बनाए जाने वाले स्टेशन का प्रारूप तैयार कर लिया है। डीएमआरसी अधिकारियों के अनुसार यहां ३५ मीटर चौड़ा और २२० मीटर लंबा स्टेशन बनाया जाएगा। इसके अलावा लगभग पांच सौ वर्ग गज के हिस्से को पार्किंग के लिए छोड़ा जाएगा। फिलहाल किसी भी स्टेशन की साइट का स्थान नहीं बदला गया है। प्रस्तावित नौ मेट्रो स्टेशन बदरपुर-वाईएमसीए लाइन पर सराय ख्वाजा, एनएचपीसी चौक, मेवला महाराजपुर, सेक्टर-27, बडख़ल मोड़, ओल्ड फरीदाबाद, नीलम पुल, बाटा चौक और वाईएमसीए हैं।

२० को होगी मीटिंग : २० जुलाई को सेक्टर-१५ जिमखाना क्लब में होने वाली मीटिंग काफी महत्वपूर्ण मानी जा रही है। मीटिंग में हुडा के फाइनेंशियल कमिश्नर एसएस ढिल्लो, मुख्य प्रशासक डीपीएस नांगल, हुडा प्रशासक ए. श्रीनिवास, डीटीपी संजीव मान और डीएमआरसी के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी मौजूद होंगे। मीटिंग के बारे में सभी को अवगत करा दिया है। इसमें मुख्य रूप से यह देखा जाएगा कि इस प्रोजेक्ट के रास्ते में आ रही बाधाओं को कैसे दूर किया जाए। इसलिए हुडा अधिकारी मीटिंग की तैयारियों में जुट गए हैं। प्रोजेक्ट में हरियाणा सरकार 1588.60 करोड़ रुपए, केंद्र सरकार 544.40 करोड़ रुपए और डीएमआरसी 400 करोड़ रुपए लगाएगी। वाईएमसीए-बदरपुर एक्सटेंशन मेट्रो के पैसे की रुकावट समाप्त होने के बाद फंड सही समय पर मिलते रहने के साथ शहरवासियों को दिसंबर 2014 में मेट्रो की सवारी नसीब कराने का दावा किया गया था।
