Hi Guys,
I am little worried about the role of GFWA in our problems. Although they had provided a platform to all of us to unite us but they are not playing direct role in it.

Anyway its our problem and we are 4000 in numbers and i believe its huge number. Let start a chain from here that on every sunday, please start meeting BPTP site office and make some stretegy. I know we are revealling our queies inffront of media by tomorrow but it should be contineous process.

If anybody want to visit their elite floor in BPTP then please reach at every sunday at 1200 NOON. Let see how many guys reach there. Hope at some day, we all 4000 will reach together.

Means from nowonwards, if anybody want to see his / her floor, please reach at BPTP site office and meet there.

Dear user 'ashoka2002inin'
Assuming you joined very late on forum, so slightly disagrees with you due to following reason and would like to updates on past and GFWA workings.
1. GFWA is collective body to work on Greater Faridabad Development and Builder Specific issues for all builders operating in Neharpar. We have representation from all societies. We had protest against all builder malpractices including BPTP on 1st March. We have placards against BPTP too in protest despite there were very few representation from BPTP members whilst we had individually called each and every members on that time (around 1000). You can see the snaps and video here.
http://www.myfaridabad.in/photo-gallery.html
an-eventful-day-have-a-look-t475.html
2. In GFWA core we have representation from all builders and one person is lead for each Builders. Mr. Panakj rawat(pankaj_raw@yahoo.com) is BPTP representative in GFWA core and have flat in BPTP. He had advised on mail/forum time-to-time. Also, we had earlier published builder wise GFWA representative on forum for new users.
3. We had meeting with DC, a highest district level official and had raised each builder issue including BPTP. As per DC instructions, GFWA clearly advised all BPTP members to come forward and put your complaint to DTP and DC on GFWA letter head. There was not mass number of complaints we received.
4. For Builder specific issues, GFWA is with each aggrieved buyers, advised all logical & necessary steps to be followed and expects one leader from group to take lead as person from same society can be expert in Subject matter. Indeed in BPTP case when Viejnderajee took initiatives, arranged Friday meeting and GFWA extended full supports and given all backing, advices .We also shared all the complaints copy submitted to DTP/DCP from BPTP side.
5. GFWA media team Head Ajay also informed several newspapers about your issue while he has no flat in BPTP. Also he guides time-to-time to several BPTP members on call and these days almost he gets 4-5 call every day. So please don’t think it is issue for you individual only and you have to fight alone.
6. It is we all who as a person by doing collective approach can make stronger GFWA .I would love if you could take active roles to understand better way.

Hi Ashoka,

Have you ever contact GFWA, and u contacted us and not got reply...is there any such case??
So don't pin point others till you have facts with you.

We are one team and need to work togather.
If you are facing some problem with BPTP, it is quite possible that one or other day I can also face same problem. It is not only BPTP.. who is cheating,it almost all builders of Neharpar Area who are cheating us.

Manish, already clarified all points to u. if you have some issue and doubts pls write to us at "core@myfaridabad.in"

We can win the game against the builders when we are united. As BPTP Elite's Home buyers u can better feel the problem. But don't feel alone. We all "myFaridabad" community is with you guys. And will ready to support.

For your information, I attended your meeting at Town Park from GFWA side on 1oth Jul'11.

Some decisions were taken on that day and those peoples are working on that line.

Yes, agree with you if we start the chain of peoples...then not only BPTP..all builders will come to u and will ask...your problems.

our strength is all neharpar home buyers and if we all Stand at one place...then u can think of that day...all Media, all govt agancies will be infront of us.

We are again working on some other ways to wake up Govt administration and Haryana Govt...we need your help in that.
So, Don't worry...we are here to support each other not to pin point others...

regards

Ajay Yadav

Or BPTP mgmt agreed to solve your problems.

Dear Ajay Yadav,
I had a BPTP site visit yesterday and found almost 100 cars running around to get informations. I noticed that every one was hestitating to meet with each others, may be becasue in the property issues, peoples afraid to share the informations.

I got very poor response from the other guys when I had discussion with them regarding the subject matter. beleive your strong follow ups is required and high level of leadership quality is required.

I beleive apart from web platform, we should paste some information in forms of banners at the sites and on every sunday, one of the GFWA member should be appointed to provide the informations to the owners and unite them.

I am ready to take this Opportunity for BPTP area and specially for park elite floor guys. If anybody is intrested to join me and looking forward to lead the association, he / she is most welcome.

Guys if you want to avail the worth of your spent money, then please unite and rasie your issues, otherwise be ready to fill the pockets of the builders as usaual. Dont forget that it is your valuable money and you worked hard to earn it.

Dear Ashoka,

This is really surprising that after so much of issue, peoples are not coming forward.

Anyway, We are trying to meet Sh. S.S Dhillon and will highlight the issues of development and builders.

We need peoples for the same, if 2 ~3 members go there, then it will not make any impact on Govt officials.

We can work togather and gather on Sat or Sun to make noise in that area.

But again for anything there is requirement of peoples...

So i request all members to pls come forward and fight for your right...

Dear All

Apologies for late response. The meeting with Mint did happen and I would term it as a successful meeting. The outcome of the meeting was as under -

The members present shared their views on the malpractices by BPTP
All concerns like allotment in blocks other that A& B as promised, arbitrary PLC (at a later stage), recent super area charges at a higher rate, etc were discussed
The reporter was very supportive of our views and listened to all our problems
All our issues were given to him as hard copy for proof
Mint will now contact BPTP (most likely today) and wait for their response. Let us see what comes out of the exercise.

Regards

Dear All,

I am having a unit allocated in BPTP Elite Floors(250sq yard). Recently they have raised a demand against increase in super built up area. I have taken up the issue with them and visited their office. They were unable to satisfy my queries. They told me some new areas which were included in new super built up area, which were already included with the addendum sent by them earlier, on which they had no answer. And also as per application at the time of selling 1203sq ft. was FAR+balconies and in all other communications 1203sq ft. is super built up area. Their architect told this. And she also told me actual super built up area is 1259sq. ft. super built up area.
Moreover, as per the agreement they cant justify any increase/decrease in area before they get OC from competent authority. Them how they can raise a demand for area, which they are not sure of, at present.

I have lodged a complaint against them in www.ccccore.co.in ( a Ministry of consumer affairs website). I request you all to unite and lodge complaint against them and take up the matter with BPTP unitedly.

hello everyone,

i am new to this forum but it is clear that greater faridabad is now becoming a hotspot for builders to make crores just by their fraudalent schemes such as increasing super area and asking for lakhs of rupees in return.
So i wanted to be on safer side and i really need to know that is there any project which is safe to invest in and particularly i wanted to enquire about bptp park grandeura.I haven't heard about any such activities in this project.
One more question- Are flats in bptp park grandeura and spr builtech projects fully furnished and if not then please can anyone tell me about exact furnishing status of these projects.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

BPTP Park-81 floor customers
friends,i have made a page named BPTP park-81 floors on facebook please join yourself with this page on following link http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/grou ... 6982771264
friends as you know M/s BPTP has been irrational and insensitive, in the past with its customers as it has demanded heavily (over and above the declared cost at the time of advertisement or booking ). Therefore, they may be irrational with park 81 customers, too.
Please, join the group in advance or in anticipation so as to combat any kind of irrational or unjustified demand by BPTP.
Thank you
Umesh.
