Hi All,

Thank you all for the overwhelming response and faith everyone has shown in GFWA. We sincerely appreciate the goodwill and contribution made towards GFWA.
The GFWA legal team is working day & night to ensure that each customer gets justice for the unjustified demand in EDC by getting a stay in the Chandigarh High Court against the EDC hike. No expense or effort has been spared to ensure that our case is strong and does not suffer any setback by engaging senior counsel and making strong documentation. The GFWA legal team has tried their best to provide the best possible support to the cause and now everything depends on the judicial system which will decide the outcome of our writ. Even though the team is positive on the result, the verdict will come from the High Court which is unpredictable and everyone should be prepared for the outcome.

As you might be aware, there has been a significant increase in legal fees which has been incurred by GFWA in engaging senior counsels for the case and more funds will be required in the days to come. We would need to double our effort to collects funds for the cause.

It is a request for the remaining members who have not contributed to make the contribution at the earliest so that we can keep this momentum alive.

We have also created an exclusive section only for the members who have contributed, where we will share detailed updates reading the legal case and other updates related to Greater Faridabad. The access of that section will be restricted for general public.
