Dheeraj and GFWA Core Team,

I appreciate the commendable work you are doing on behalf and for the entire group. Please keep it up.
We will make additional contributions towards the GFWA fund to cover the expenses but that is dwarfed by the efforts you guys are putting on the ground.

Regards,
Vineet

Hi All,

We all are concerned about the new demand of increased EDC either it is OMAXE, BPTP , SHIV SAI or RPS.

We all are in same boat and facing the same issue. later or sooner all builders will sent increased demand letter of EDC.
None of builder disclosing about the calculation method.

As Dheeraj already briefed about the WRIT against the increased EDC.
To strengthen our Case, we hired Senior Lawyer due to that our input cost increased.

We are short of funds, so need FORUM members to come up contribution to GFWA account.

Till now only 20% of registered user of this Forum (www.myfaridabad.in) contributed

This Fight is not for any single Project it is common for all Greater Faridabad Projects.

So requesting all members who are part of this Forum to Contribute Rs 500/- to GFWA account.

This is not a big amount which can't be afforded by members.

So think again and come forward for common cause.

It is your Fight....

Thanks a lot to all members of GFWA for getting this writ filed. Lots of appreciation and thanks to Sushil/Saurabh/Aashish GFWA legal team core members, Gaurav/Praveen our local support in Panchkula and Mohali and entire core team of GFWA for putting trust in us.

I will like to put a caution too ! This is a beginning of war with HUDA and TCP. We have gone to battlefield with victory mindset. We may have to face lot of challenges going forward. So, I request all members to remain calm and patient. Also, I request all members who have NOT paid Rs 500/- to immediately pay for their own benefits. We have alrready spent Rs 1,55,000/- in lawyers fees alone for initial hearing for getting an interim stay. As informed earlier, we have engaged senior and experienced lawyers who will be fighting on behalf of GFWA. More funds in lakhs will be required as case proceeds.

Legal Team will keep on providing updates as the case proceeds. I request people who are having deadline of 15th August for paying EDC to request their builder to give more time as matter is now before High Court.
