Hi Friends,

BPTP has sent me unit termination notice after sending my payment under protest letter. Does any one else has received such email on termination/cancellation notice on account of sending protest letter with payment?

BPTP has also stopped transferring the ownership to new purchaser it means all sale purchase of Park elite floor units are not stopped in the market causing the zero market premium. It means you are now stuck and dont have any exit route except surrender of your unit to the builder or pay whatever he wants without any protest. This is their stragety

This is completely shocking and unethical.

On what grounds have they sent you the notice? Is the BPTP community planning to do anything ?

Hi

I would suggest to file a complaint with Competition Commission of India. today i.e. 16-08-2011, CCI has imposed a penalty of Rs. 630 crores on DLF.

Case was filed by the welfare association of one of the DLF project. For more details pls read http://www.commonfloor.com/stories/bela ... sition-408

Its high time that similar action is taken against BPTP for its Elite Floor Project. Infact GFWA can take up this matter and cost of the case can be shared between the interested members.

Copy of the order can be seen at:

DLF increased the floors from 19 to 29 without consulting the flat owners of its Project Belaire in Gurgaon. The possession was to be given in 2009 but ws delayed. And there were single sided conditions in the Buider Buyer Agreement in favour of the builder. The Flat Owners Association President lodged a complaint with CCI for these unfair practises by DLF. Yesterday CCI has impoosed a hefty fine of Rs 630 Crores on DLF and severly criticised DLF for its actions.

There lies similar situations in Greater Faridabad. BPTP incresed its super area, RPS added Schools in its layout. I request GFWA to forward our cases to CCI with a copy to the media.

Hi All,

I heard BPTP is planning to re-allot the cancelled units (as per BPTP) to new buyers on Aug 31st to earn more money and is cheating the new buyers as well, as these units are under dispute.

My request is to new buyers not to get trapped into this and do not buy any units from them till you are 100% sure these are not having any pending disputes.

New buyers can ask for previous allotment status and NOC from previous owner(s).

Thanks,
Suneel

This is a great news and the verdict from CCI would really help the buyer community (residential housing) in large unless Supreme Court imposing anything against on that... as this is well understood that instead of paying 630 crores as penalty DLF would prefer to approach SCI

Yes, even i heard that BPTP has promised around 1000 customers to alloction in BPTP Elite floors by 25th Aug 2011.

We should contact media somehow and spread the word. Moreover, there are certain people those who got cancellation letters and moved to court and got stay orders, but where as consumer court has not given any solution.

I request you all to unite and lodge complaint against BPTP and inform media and spread a word so that there are no new customers come up..

Do you know anyone who received stay order from court or anyone who approached consumer forum but not received any solution? This information will be helpful for all of us.

BPTP recently lost a case at District Consumer Forum, New Delhi (Case No. 1197/07) where Complainant was Mr Ramesh Kumar Chaudhary. Although this case is for refunding where BPTP refunded him only the principal part, without any interest. Result of the case: BPTP is directed to pay interest @ 9% on the booking amount of Rs.15,00,000/- for a period from 2.1.2008 till payment and BPTP will also pay Rs.15,000/- towardsharassment and agony to the complainant.

Hi Subhod,

This is a great piece of information. This gives some relief that our money is secure and would earn some min. interest and also compensation for harrasment is also a win situation for customers (although the amount is less, but still it would help to soem extent).

We request all to please share details/summary of all such cases filed, won or lost - any small piece of information will help - also if possible please try to get contact numbers/email id etc.

The only thing that will help in winning is staying together and helping each other...

Postby ashoka2002inin » Thu Sep 01, 2011 10:33 am

Expected number of families in greater faridabad = 50000
EDC / IDC (approx. on the basis of 1300 sq.ft. area per faily) = 200000
10000000000 1000 crore

Dear All,

Expected number of families in greater faridabad = 50000 Families
EDC / IDC (approx. on the basis of 1300 sq.ft. area per faily) = 200000 INR
Total revenue gained or might be gained by HUDA = 10000000000 INR (1000 crore)

refer to the above calculations of revenue generated by HUDA, the calculation is based on completely assumption and major variance may be come out from it but we all have a single question "where is our hard earned money". Did HUDA used our money in other projects or it has been spend on the maintenace of the current HUDA sectors.

I hope everybody knows that HUDA is running short of money to develope the infra in the Fardidabad region whereas in Gurgeon, infra developement is outstanding. In the whole, we are getting facility for which we had paid to the auth in much advance.

I hope GFWA should file RTI in this regard and should ask to HUDA about the expenditure details. I hope all the internal infra like roads / sewaga has been developed by the respective builders in their aeras and HUDA has to do the external developement only and they are failed to do so.

I think HUDA is not getting the support from the Haryana Govt. becasue there is no focus of the Haryana govt in the Fraidabad whereas they are getting good amount of revenue from here. They are focued for Hisar / Gurgaon / Rohtak and as usual, Faridabad is always being ignored.

I think GFWA should drive a movement strongly and should take some strong steps to highlight the GF issues. Although they are doing it but there is nothing to cheer.

Hi Ashoka

Several GFWA members have filed RTI in past, We have been communicated that not a single rupee has been spent on the development of new sectors of Faridabad so far. This has been one of the focus area of our writ petition. Please refer RTI section to refer to some of the information received via RTI's so far
